The holiday home in the Spreewald (two-storey semi-detached house, 85 sqm, 2 separate bedrooms) with large garden is located directly on the Burg-Lübben canal in an idyllic and natural setting. Here, max. 4 adults plus 1 child can relax wonderfully at any time of the year! The accommodation is ideal for family holidays with children, small groups, couples and holidays with dogs.
The location of the holiday home is also excellent for sports and activity holidays. Go fishing directly at the holiday home or on one of the numerous Spreewald canals. Take off on spontaneous canoe tours with the in-house canoes - 2x two-person kayaks are ready to hand for you - and discover the Spreewald from the water side! Experience a guided trip in a Spreewald punt including a visit to the rustic Spreewald gastronomy. This is a Spreewald classic. The region is also very suitable for cycling and hiking tours
The centre of Burg (Spreewald) - a state-recognised health resort with healing springs - is 4.5 km away and can be reached quickly. Here you will find the well-known Spreewald-Therme (brine bath, wellness, sauna and bathing area), diverse gastronomy, tourist information and numerous shopping facilities.
The friendly landlords live in the neighbouring semi-detached house and have cats. A few chickens & goats are kept in fenced areas on the large grounds. Great for kids.

Cancellation terms:

Eine Stornierung, die grundsätzlich schriftlich zu erfolgen hat, kann nur innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Reservierungsbestätigung kostenlos erfolgen. Eventuell geleistete Anzahlungen werden nach Verrechnung mit der Stornierungsgebühr zurückerstattet. Als Stornierungsgebühr berechnen wir grundsätzlich 50,- € Bearbeitungsgebühr. Nach diesen zwei Wochen sind bei Rücktritt von der verbindlichen Reservierung folgende Stornierungsgebühren fällig: bis 12 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 50% des Gesamtpreises bis 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 75% des Gesamtpreises bis 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn —> 90% des Gesamtpreises Der Mieter hat bei Rücktritt keinen Anspruch darauf, den Mietzeitraum zu verschieben und den bereits bezahlten Teil auf eine in der Zukunft liegende evtl. Buchung anzurechnen. Dem Gast bleibt der Nachweis eines geringeren, uns der Nachweis eines höheren Schadens vorbehalten. !!Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiseversicherung!! Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, die anfallenden Stornierungskosten zu begleichen und kann sich dann mit der entsprechenden StornoRechnung die Kosten von der Reiseversicherung erstatten lassen. STORNIERUNG WEGEN CORONA Sollte es bezüglich Corona durch behördliche Verordnungen nicht möglich sein, Sie in unserem Ferienhaus zu empfangen (z.B. Beherbergungsverbot), wird die Reservierung kostenlos storniert. Hierfür fallen keine Gebühren an. Im Gegenzug hat der Gast in diesem Fall keinen Anspruch auf die Unterkunft und auf Schadensersatz. Um eine einvernehmlich Lösung (Verschiebung des Aufenthaltes, Rückerstattung der Anzahlung etc.) wird dann gemeinsam gesucht.
