ALONE LOCATION in a side valley of the PRIENTAL. A waterfall, the beauty of nature, the deer rut in autumn - you will find all this with us!
Feel good from the very first minute in our more than 400 year old house, which we have renovated to the highest standards!
You can expect the HIGHEST COMFORT with modern, organic solid wood furnishings, parquet and tiled floors. As a special feature, the bedrooms are equipped with ZIRBENHOLZ-BETTEN.
Our three 5-star maisonettes are each designed for 4 people (max. 2 adults and 2 children). On the ground floor is the dining and living area/conservatory and respective terrace. On the upper floor with exposed roof trusses are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Our alpine pasture, which is directly next to the house, can be used in many ways. In and out. Hut evenings, breakfast with a great view, coffee in the afternoon and barbecues with family or friends. For your children, the in-house playground with campfire site is always an experience.
Parking spaces for our guests, as well as a storage facility for your bicycles are available,

Welcome to the Chiemgau, with its charming landscape between mountains and lakes.In the Priental between Aschau and Sachrang lies the village of Schossrinn with a waterfall as a highlight.
Experience total relaxation in the midst of flowering meadows, grazing cows and in autumn the rutting season of the deer in the Schossrinn valley.
In winter, the tranquillity of the wonderfully white landscape.
Ideal starting point for beautiful excursions. Hiking and cycling tours are possible in all seasons, whether through the valley along the "Grenzenlos Wanderweg" (Borderless Hiking Trail) across to Austria or up into the mountains for those who want to reach the summits. In winter, several ski areas are within easy reach. Oberaudorf offers skiing under floodlight. A large cross-country skiing area with floodlit trails is located in Sachrang.
Castle tours are offered for children. Fairytale parks, adventure mountain worlds and swimming pools are nearby.
By car, you can quickly reach Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg, Munich or other worthwhile excursion destinations.

We also have a small carpenter's workshop where we produce small pieces of furniture, pine beds and pine articles - all made of solid wood.
