We welcome you to our holiday flat Kampenwand-Loft in Hohenaschau in direct proximity to the Kampenwand cable car and Hohenauschau Castle.
In one of the most beautiful skiing and hiking regions of Bavaria, close to the Bavarian sea - the Chiemsee.
We have lovingly prepared a stylish and cosy holiday flat for you.
The flat and the building were completely renovated in 2012/2013. The flat was newly furnished in 2019.
A beautiful combination of a representative and venerable old building and modern furnishings.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday flat is centrally located in Hohenaschau, in the stately building of the former brewery. With parking spaces at the house, restaurants in the direct neighbourhood and the Kampenwand cable car within walking distance, this stylish and cosy domicile offers many amenities.
The Hohenaschau district is close to the centre of Aschau im Chiemgau. The tourist resort is overlooked by the 1669-metre-high Kampenwand (Chiemgau Alps) and the 12th-century Hohenaschau Castle perched in the middle of the Priental valley.
Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are just a few steps away.
The wonderful location at the foot of the Alps between Munich and Salzburg offers a wide range of leisure activities both in winter and summer: skiing, hiking, sailing, cycling, golf and much more.
The immediate vicinity of the mountains and Lake Chiemsee, the wide range of cultural activities and the cultivated customs enable you to either relax here or to do plenty of sporting activities on land, on water, in summer and in winter.
The whole thing is called: pure holiday.
You can reach the Chiemsee beach by bike, car or by bus/shuttle bus. The central location near Lake Chiemsee is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities and excursions
The Kampenwand cable car in Aschau opens up a small but beautiful ski area in the Chiemgau Alps. The slopes on the Kampenwand range from blue to black, spread over a total of 12 kilometres of slopes.

Cancellation terms:

Dear guests, If you are unable to commence your booked holiday and need to cancel, cancellation fees will apply. ******************************************************************************** However, you can always talk to us to find a solution that is reasonable for both the guest and the landlord. ******************************************************************************** If the guest cancels the booking (by email, mail, or phone) or fails to arrive on the day of arrival, the landlord retains the right to the rental fee. The rent, depending on the time of cancellation, is as follows: - up to 3 months before the start of the rental period 40%, which corresponds to the deposit, of the agreed rental amount. - from 8 weeks before the start of the rental period 60% of the agreed rental amount, - from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period 80% of the agreed rental amount, - from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period 90% of the agreed rental amount. The landlord is obliged to attempt to re-rent the holiday apartment if there is a cancellation or no-show. If the apartment can be rented to someone else, a compensation for damages amounting to the difference in the lower re-rental price will be due. The landlord reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 10% of the rental price, at least 20.00 euros, in the event of a cancellation, no-show, or rebooking by the guest. The guest may prove in the case of cancellation that no damage has occurred to the landlord, or that significantly less damage than the aforementioned fixed damage rates has occurred. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
