We welcome you to our holiday flat Kampenwand-Loft in Hohenaschau in direct proximity to the Kampenwand cable car and Hohenauschau Castle.
In one of the most beautiful skiing and hiking regions of Bavaria, close to the Bavarian sea - the Chiemsee.
We have lovingly prepared a stylish and cosy holiday flat for you.
The flat and the building were completely renovated in 2012/2013. The flat was newly furnished in 2019.
A beautiful combination of a representative and venerable old building and modern furnishings.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is centrally located in Hohenaschau, in the stately building of the former brewery. With parking spaces at the house, restaurants in the direct neighbourhood and the Kampenwand cable car within walking distance, this stylish and cosy domicile offers many amenities.
The Hohenaschau district is close to the centre of Aschau im Chiemgau. The tourist resort is overlooked by the 1669-metre-high Kampenwand (Chiemgau Alps) and the 12th-century Hohenaschau Castle perched in the middle of the Priental valley.
Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are just a few steps away.
The wonderful location at the foot of the Alps between Munich and Salzburg offers a wide range of leisure activities both in winter and summer: skiing, hiking, sailing, cycling, golf and much more.
The immediate vicinity of the mountains and Lake Chiemsee, the wide range of cultural activities and the cultivated customs enable you to either relax here or to do plenty of sporting activities on land, on water, in summer and in winter.
The whole thing is called: pure holiday.
You can reach the Chiemsee beach by bike, car or by bus/shuttle bus. The central location near Lake Chiemsee is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities and excursions
The Kampenwand cable car in Aschau opens up a small but beautiful ski area in the Chiemgau Alps. The slopes on the Kampenwand range from blue to black, spread over a total of 12 kilometres of slopes.

- Liebe Gäste, können Sie einmal Ihren gebuchten Urlaub nicht antreten und müssen diesen stornieren, fallen Stornierungsgebühren an. ******************************************************************************* Doch kann man jederzeit mit uns sprechen um eine Lösung zu finden, die für Gast und Vermieter vertretbar ist. ******************************************************************************* Storniert der Gast die Buchung (per Email , Postweg oder telefonisch) oder erscheint er am Anreisetag nicht, bleibt der Anspruch des Vermieters auf den Mietzins bestehen. Sollte die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet werden können, so fällt ein Schadensausgleich in Höhe der Differenz zu einem geringeren Weitervermietungspreis an. Der Vermieter behält sich das Recht vor, im Falle einer Stornierung, Nichtanreise des Gastes oder Umbuchung, zusätzlich ein Abwicklungsentgelt/ eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 10 % des Mietpreises, mindestens 20,00 Euro zu berechnen. Der Gast kann hinsichtlich der Stornierung den Nachweis führen, dass dem Vermieter gar kein Schaden oder ein wesentlich geringerer als die vorgenannten Schadenspauschalen entstanden ist. Auf den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfehlend hingewiesen.
