The Deichhasenhof is located on the Jümme. The approx. 100m² flat is heated with solar energy and its own pellet stove. Wall and underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living climate. There is a view of the Jümme, quietly situated with the expanse of the beautiful Nortmoor Hammrich. In it and also in the own, large garden, you can enjoy a relaxing peace and special views. The large terrace as well as the light-flooded gallery offer further places of relaxation. The fully equipped holiday flat is located in the former barn part of a remaining farm and forms a self-contained accommodation unit of just under 100 m² on two floors with its own entrance. You will find sleeping accommodation for 5 people.

The holiday home is located in the former barn part of a remaining farm in a secluded location. From here you have a river view as well as the enjoyment of the vastness of the beautiful East Frisian Nortmoorer Hammrich, close to the city of Leer. Despite the quiet location, you can reach the Leer/Ost motorway exit, which is only 5 km away, in just a few minutes, so that you can reach the North Sea and the Netherlands quickly, not only from Leer by train, but also by car. For a trip to the sea, to Borkumkai, to the island of Borkum or a visit to the Kunsthalle Emden, you should allow about 35 minutes by car. You can also reach the Netherlands within half an hour by car. The Deichhasenhof offers a perfect starting point for exploring East Frisia.
The city of Leer with its beautiful old town and harbour can even be reached by bike in 20 to 30 minutes.
