Description
Apartment Jümme has approx. 55m2 and 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds and one double bed and was renovated in early 2022. The Leda flat was renovated in 2020 and has a single room and a bedroom with a double bed.
Both flats are fully equipped with kitchenette and shower room. Each flat has its own terrace with garden furniture
The flats are right next to each other and can therefore be rented together for up to 7 people.
NEW since recently we can offer fast and free internet via WLAN.
For our guests there is also a garden house with barbecue, garden furniture and freezer. From here you have a great view over the pond and the East Frisian landscape. Anglers can cast their rod directly here or go fishing on the Jümme and Leda rivers.
Anglers will find their own dyke directly on the Jümme or their own pond right on their doorstep. The Leda-Jümme area in southern East Frisia is known for its fish diversity and beautiful waters. It is said to be a paradise for anglers.
Dog owners will find a large, fenced-in play area directly opposite the flats. Two medium-sized dogs are allowed per flat. However, Great Danes and the like are only really large dogs, so please enquire. Walks start directly from the farm along the dyke.
Cyclists will find a well-developed network of cycle paths leading directly past the farm. Cycling tours are possible directly from the farm so that you can explore the area in a relaxed way
Our guests can relax in front of or in the log cabin with a view over the pond and the landscape. There is also a barbecue ready for you here. A freezer for the catch of the day is also available.
Children and dogs can let off steam on the large playground. The meadow is fenced approx. 1m high and also offers enough space for a game of football or other sporting activities.

Location and surroundings of object
We are located in southern East Frisia near the city of Leer. The entire Leda - Jümme area and also the Ems are in the direct vicinity. The coast and the seaside resorts are approx. 40-50km away. Papenburg with the Meyer shipyard is also within easy reach. Leer has a very beautiful old town with a museum harbour and is worth at least one visit. Within walking distance are the Pünte, a hand-pulled ferry and Germany's narrowest motorway bridge in Amdorf. By car, you can find everything from a bakery to a petrol station about 10 km away.
An attraction for children are certainly our animals that populate the farm. In spring we are expecting lambs from our sheep again and also have Quessant sheep, goats, cats, rabbits, multi-pigs, as well as rat and mallard ducks on our ponds. Children are of course also allowed to help with feeding.

The landlady Sandra Bröking has been an animal physiotherapist and veterinary practitioner since 2008 and has been active in dog sports for over 25 years. The practice is located directly on the farm. This means you have short distances and no time-consuming journeys.
The dog meadow for sporting activities with the dog is directly opposite the holiday flat and can be used by our guests. Our own pond, in which dogs are allowed to swim, is also located directly on the meadow.
On request, we can arrange contact with a local dog trainer. The training sessions can then of course also be carried out directly on site.

A beautiful vacation
A very nice vacation has come to an end. We were two with 1 dog in the apartment Leda. Despite the weather not playing along completely, quite a lot of rain, we had a wonderful time there. Very quiet location, super nice landlords and a clean, well-equipped apartment. From there you can start cycling directly and make great tours. Even if the weather wasn't that great, we were out on the bike every day. Can only recommend, also in terms of price.

Holiday with two dogs
We stayed in the flat "Leda" with our 2 dogs. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

Beautiful secluded holiday flats
A great opportunity to relax and slow down from the city stress. No street noise, no hustle and bustle, a relaxing oasis of peace with the cheerful chirping of birds and the sounds of roosters and chickens, goats, ducks and sheep.
Beautifully furnished holiday flats with everything you need for everyday use. Very nice landlords, dogs and children are welcome guests.
I found it super nice and will gladly come again.

Beautiful holiday
Very quietly situated farm with two holiday flats, one of which is renovated. We stayed there for 12 days with our grandchildren and were very satisfied. Ideal for families with children, the kids can run around and it doesn't bother anyone. Bad without a car. The landlords are very nice and always approachable.
