The high-quality and newly furnished holiday flat in the heart of Zingst is the ideal place for quiet and relaxing days at the Baltic Sea. It is 53 sqm in size and has a comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV, an open kitchen with a cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you have direct access to the two large furnished terraces and you can spend wonderful summer evenings here. The terraces are surrounded by a beautiful small front garden and have their own beach chair as a little jewel. In the bedroom, a very comfortable box-spring bed guarantees restful sleep. The very modern bathroom is equipped with a high-quality floor-level shower. Free Wi-Fi, a lockable bicycle shed and a parking space are also available. The flat is for 2 persons and non-smokers only.
- Service charges (electricity, water) are already included in the rental price - unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
- Holiday flat for rent in all seasons - We charge a COST of 150 EURO cash on the spot - visitor's tax will be charged separately according to the respective valid rate.
