The comfortable ground floor flat with floor-to-ceiling windows offers light-flooded rooms and an open view of the surroundings.
An open, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for your individual holiday needs. Coffee machine as Senseo Pad machine.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Also all windows are equipped with electric shutters. The two bedrooms are each equipped with double beds measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The bedroom has a double bed. The parking space in the underground garage is quickly accessible via the staircase. The spacious terrace is integrated into the outdoor facilities.

Nächstes Jahr wieder....
Wir sind bereits das 2.Jahr in Folge mit 2 Kindern in der tollen Wohnung.
Es fehlt an nichts. Einzig der Wasserhahn der Waschmaschine ist sehr schwer zu bedienen.
Das Auto kann sicher in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden und es ist alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.

superschöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und vor allem in ausreichender Menge.
Der Stand ist sehr nah und über den Deich ist man auch sehr schnell im Zentrum von Zingst und an der Seebrücke. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön ruhig und auch das Haus nicht hellhörig. Alles top!
Wir hatten nur 2 kleinere Probleme.
Es war kein Sonnenschirm auffindbar und der Wasserhahn der Waschmaschine ist sehr schwierig zu greifen, nur mit einem langem Arm. Leider war dieser aber sehr fest zugedreht, sodass wir ihn aufgrund der schwierigen Lage nicht öffnen und damit die Maschine nicht nutzen konnten.
Einen Tipp/Wunsch hätten wir noch. Es gab sehr viele Mücken und Insektenschutztüren an den beiden Terassentüren im Wohn- sowie Schlafzimmer wären deshalb schön.
Aber wir waren alles in allem wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten
und auch weiter empfehlen.

Top Wohnung
Super schöne und top moderne Wohnung in bester Strandlage direkt hinterm Deich! Innenstadt in ca. 10 min. über den Deich zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber. Haus ist sehr still bzw. nicht hellhörig.
Der Brötchenwagen kommt fast bis vor die Haustür jeden Morgen!
Danke dass wir die Wohnung nutzen könnten.
