On the ground floor = 1 double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m , 1 bed 1,40 x 2,00 m above a bunk bed 0,90 x 2,00 m =(max. 5 pers.) .
Upstairs = 1 double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m , 2 rooms with 2 single beds 0,90 x 2,00 m each = (max. 6 pers.).
Due to the ideal location it offers pure relaxation, because it is close to the centre, but quiet. It is only 400 m to the beach, 100 m to the town centre with many restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities and only 300 m to the dyke past the open-air swimming pool with indoor swimming pool/sauna, you have everything in the immediate vicinity. The large garden and terrace with 1100 m² plot offers space to play, sunbathe and barbecue
Numerous recreational possibilities are close by, the large dune sand beach, the sea, mudflat walks, cycle paths, etc.

The terrace and the large garden invite you to play, barbecue and sunbathe. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. A completely furnished house awaits you. The 2 fitted kitchens have ceramic hobs, ovens, microwaves, etc. New flat screen TVs are available. A washing machine and a dryer are available for your use in the house. Due to the large area of the house (130 m²) and the garden (approx. 1100 m²), there is room for up to 11 people. The house is located directly on the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea. Just the right thing for a relaxing holiday. Here you can expect pure relaxation, the good iodine-containing air and many attractions. The house is only 100 m from the centre with many shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. Only 300 m to the Friesentherme, an indoor swimming pool with sauna and outdoor pool (directly on the dyke). Numerous leisure activities await you nearby, such as sandy dune beaches, mudflat walks, boat trips from Horumersiel to the North Sea islands and seal banks, ferry connections to Helgoland, the naval arsenal in Wilhelmshaven, the pearl of Friesland (the town of Jever) with the Jever brewery, cycling tours, tea rooms, hiking trails, large children's playgrounds, wave pool, kite and surf courses, beach basket, Nordic swimming pools. Many offers from the tourist office such as painting courses for children, disco and dance events etc. etc.

Schönes Ferienhaus
We were with 6 adults and 5 children/babies in the holiday apartment. The house is very nicely furnished and meets all needs. It is very well located, shopping for daily needs can be easily done on foot. The bed in the room next to the kitchen on the ground floor is not quite optimal, otherwise all other beds are great. We had a very nice stay and can recommend the house.

Gemütliches Haus
A beautiful large house where 2 families can comfortably stay.
It is lovingly furnished, and the kitchen is well-equipped.
There was a short-term misunderstanding regarding the date. Thanks to the commitment of the landlady, everything worked out great in the end.
Thank you! The additional costs were settled correctly and promptly, and the remaining deposit was refunded. We found only the triple room directly behind the kitchen to be "in need of improvement."

We felt completely comfortable...
Five of us friends meet once a year, now with our partners. We cooked together, spent a lot of time chatting and playing games at the large table, let the fresh air soothe us, and then warmed up by the cozy fireplace. It was once again a super relaxed weekend with lots of fun, in a truly beautiful house where we lacked nothing.
P.S. After reading one review, we were a bit skeptical, but we will definitely come back.

Please look closely!
Due to lack of alternatives, we booked the accommodation over New Year's Eve, but from the beginning we had a bad feeling. I felt more like a beggar than a guest. Unfortunately, this was confirmed.
1. The additional costs, which were charged separately, were read and calculated incorrectly, even though we took photos. Allegedly, we used 7000 liters of water in 5 days. The water is also 3 times more expensive than normal at 0.6 cents.
2. One person was included in the calculation, even though they did not arrive. So in the future, it's better to specify fewer people in case of doubt. 3. The facilities are not outstanding, the mattresses are uncomfortable. Especially, there is no Wi-Fi and the mobile network connection is lousy. So no internet for 5 days. That's something to be aware of. I'm not writing this to have a better negotiating position, but to raise awareness for other people. I wouldn't book again.

Die Nebenkosten Preise werden im Vertrag mitgeteilt und unterschrieben. Es wird auch kein WLAN versprochen(Auszeit).
Ja, es wurden Fotos der Zähler mitgeteilt( woher soll ich wissen wann die gemacht wurden). Die Frau Vorort liest die Zähler ab und teilt sie mit, darauf vertraue ich.
Es waren 10 ( keine Erstattung für nicht Anreisende Pers.) Gästen Vorort pro Tag und Pers. ca. 140 l nicht`s ungewöhnliches.
Schade das die fehlenden Alternativen der Buchungsgrund waren.
Nächstes mal den Vertrag gründlich lesen, auf`s Bauchgefühl hören und wo anders buchen, auf solche Gäste verzichte ich gerne... gibt es leider hin und wieder.

Klassenfahrt
We have now booked our class trip to Horumersiel in the Frisian settler's house for the fourth time in a row and, as in every year, we were thrilled!!! :-) Everything is available, the surroundings are ideal for our students, the landlords are very nice and flexible. We can only recommend the house and we will be back there in 2017.
