The 33 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor (a staircase with railing leads to the upper floor) is suitable for up to 2 people.
The flat comprises a living-dining-cooking room with sofa area, dining table and kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed (2 mattresses), a bathroom with shower and WC. The well-equipped corner kitchen includes a kettle, toaster and coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic hob and a microwave-grill combination
The 1000 square metre property is at the disposal of our guests. It invites you to relax and barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Mimi is located in Pommernweg - in the middle of the North Sea resort of Horumersiel. It is only a few metres to the village square with restaurants, bakery, cafés, supermarket and boutiques. The Freislandtherme with indoor swimming pool and sauna is also just a few minutes' walk away.
The dyke and the beach are a few minutes' walk from the house.
The North Sea spa Horumersiel-Schillig offers a maritime climate, a beautiful sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, a comprehensive spa and wellness offer and a variety of leisure activities such as fishing, cycling, mudflat walks, kite flying, boat trips and much more

Horumersiel is worth a visit.
House Mimi Holiday Apartment Number 2
We had everything at the North Sea that one can imagine. From sun, storm, hail, and rain. We were previously in Hooksiel and now for the first time in Horumersiel. The apartment in House Mimi is located almost in the town center. Restaurants, several cafes, bakery, supermarkets are quickly reachable. It is only a few meters to walk to the beach in Horumersiel. The apartment rental worked perfectly. We received the rental agreement on the same day as our booking request. The key handover works simply via a safe at the entrance of the house. Upon arrival, the beds were made and the apartment was nicely prepared for us. Dish towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, oil... were available. The kitchen is equipped with good materials. The cutlery is, for example. very high quality from Zwilling and the kitchen appliances like kettle, coffee machine, toaster are from WMF. We enjoyed our time in Horumersiel and drank our coffee in the garden in the mornings when the weather allowed. The garden is very large and well-equipped with chairs, loungers, grill. We stored our bikes in the garden shed. All in all, we really liked the short vacation in Horumersiel and we plan to come back.

We are regular guests.
We are now regular guests at House Mimi and already know all 3 apartments. Everything is clean here, and you lack for nothing. That's how a holiday should be. We'll be back at House Mimi for Christmas and are already looking forward to it. The place is very cozy, and there is something happening in every season, e.g., local festivals, lantern lights in October, or a small mini fair with various stalls at Christmas and Easter. Here, the world is still in order. In the large garden, one can enjoy the peace, even though the house is located almost very centrally.
recommend for: seniors, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday

Short ways.
We spent a week relaxing in beautiful weather. We liked everything and it was only a few meters to the beach and restaurants. The garden is very nice and everything is quiet. The place has many things to offer.

The apartment on the upper floor Mimi is very cozy and tastefully furnished! We traveled with our parents. They lived downstairs on the ground floor. Both apartments are very cozy. There is a lot of free space and plenty of room for storing our things. It was a nice holiday. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very bright. We both want to come back to House Mimi next year. Thanks to the Wilberg family, everything was impeccable.

Wir hatten alles an der Nordsee, das man sich vorstellen kann. Von Sonne, Sturm, Hagel und Regen. Wir waren zuvor in Hooksiel und nun zum erstenmal in Horumersiel. Die Wohnung im Haus Mimi ist fast im Ortskern gelegen. Restaurants, mehrere Cafes, Bäckerei, Supermärkte sind ruckzuck zu erreichen. Zum Strand in Horumersiel sind es nur wenige Meter zu gehen. Die Wohnungsmietung hat vorbildlich geklappt. Wir haben nach unserer Buchungsanfrage bereits am gleichen Tag den Mietvertrag erhalten. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert einfach über einen Tresor am Hauseingang. Bei Anreise waren die Betten bezogen und die Wohnung für uns nett hergerichtet. Spültücher, Toilettenpapier, Putzmittel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl... waren vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit guten Materialien ausgestattet. Das Besteck ist z.B. sehr hochwertig von Zwilling und die Küchenmaschinen wie Wasserkocher, Cafemaschine, Toaster sind von WMF. Wir haben die Zeit in Horumersiel gerne verbracht und im Garten morgens unseren Cafe getrunken, wenn es das Wetter zugelassen hat. Der Garten ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet mit Stühlen, Liegen, Grill. Unsere Räder haben wir im Gartenschuppen untergebracht.
Alles in allem hat uns der Kurzurlaub in Horumersiel gut gefallen und wir planen wieder zu kommen.
Der Garten istsehr schön und alles ist ruhig. Der Ort hat viele Sachen zu bieten.
Wir sind mit unseren eltern gereist. Sie haben unten im Erdgeschoss gewohnt. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gemütlich einger ichtet. Es gibt viel freie fläche und viel Platz fürs unterstellen von unseren Sachen.
es war ein schöner Urlsub. Die Betten waren sehr gut, und die Wohnung schön sehr hell. Wir wollen beide nächste Jahr wiederkommen in das Haus Mimi. Danke an die Familie Wilberg,

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnungen läßt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Küche ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet.
Die Lage des Hauses ist im Zentrum von Horumersiel. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Touristeninformation, Corona Testzentrum und der Strand mit Hafen liegen alle in Laufweite.
Die Ortschaft Schillig ist ca. 3 km entfernt, Hooksiel ca. 7 km am Strand entlang erreichbar.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnungen sehr empfehlen. Die Bilder der Wohnung geben die Atmosphäre richtig wieder.
Fazit: Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die wir weiterempfehlen und auch selber wieder buchen werden.

Zentrale Lage! Dennoch ruhig! Komfortabel. eingerichtet! Toller Garten mit Terrasse! Parkplätze vorhanden! Grill vorhanden! WLAN schnell! Alles top!!!
Wir waren bereits zum 3. Mal hier und werden gewiss wiederkommen. Auch die Wohnungen im Haus Lenchen sind ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet und zu empfehlen. Dort waren wir in den Jahren 2016 bis 2018.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die Ferienwohnung im Haus Mimi ist sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten und Matratzen sind neu und wir haben sehr gut (und lange) geschlafen...
Zur Mitte des Dorfplatzes sind es keine 100m. Einkausmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei und verschiedene Restaurants liegen sozusagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Haus Mimi.
Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und sehr modern eingerichtet mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Lage vom Haus ist optimal. In nur wenigen Tagen konnte ich mich gut erholen. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehelen und werde selber ganz sicher wiederkommen.
