On Lavön within walking distance to both salty swimming, fishing and the ferry over to Gullholmen and Käringön, you live here in a modern, airy house with a cozy guest house next door. The house is 80 square meters with high ceilings in the living room and kitchen. Lovely sofas and TV and large windows to the balcony. Large dining area in the kitchen with a lovely sea view. If you want to see what the surrounding islands are, there is a large map wallpaper in the hall for guidance. You reach the loft via a curved staircase and here there is a bed 140 cm. It is light and airy with an opening window and drawers for storing clothes. In the two bedrooms downstairs, one room has a double bed 160 cm and the other a single bed 105 cm. Bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine. The guest house is connected to the house via a large and inviting sun-soaked terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside the guest cabin is a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm. There is also a cozy family room with sofa, armchair with divan and TV. There is also a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The house is a short walk from the swimming area. The area is very quiet and pleasant and the proximity to other attractions such as the islands outside and Orust's other attractions means that you will live perfectly for these excursions. You can get to the house by car and to the islands outside you can take the daily ferry. Perfect for day trips with swimming. Both Gullholmen and Käringön have nice walking paths, several restaurants and ice cream cafes to visit. This will be a holiday to look forward to in the coming years as well. Warm welcome!

Isolated between rocks. A beautiful view of the sea from the dining table. Smaller hikes possible from the house. The house is very nice, clean, and has everything that is needed. Convenient for 4-5 people. On the other side of the terrace, there is a small guest house for another 4 people. This way, everyone has the opportunity to retreat. We really liked it and it is definitely worth a trip.
