Schwedenrot is situated on a small hill in Kölpinsee, which belongs to the seaside resort of Loddin. The Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser are only 3 km away from each other.
On one side, you can reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in only 15 minutes on foot, and on the other side is Loddin with its beautiful nature reserve Loddiner Höft from which you have a great panoramic view of the Gnitz peninsula and Lieper Winkel as well as the mainland coast of Western Pomerania.
Due to its special location, Kölpinsee is ideal for excursions on foot or by bike.

Depending on the time of cancellation, the following fees apply: - Up to 61 days before rental start: 20% of the rental price - 60 to 35 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price - 34 days before rental start: 80% of the rental price - 1 day before rental start or in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price The calculated daily rates are payable for all days of the originally booked period that cannot be otherwise rented out. If the renter provides a substitute tenant under the same rental conditions for the agreed period, no costs will arise.
