This recently completely renovated house has everything you could want for your ideal holiday in Domburg!
When you enter the house, you will immediately be in a holiday mood! The house is freshly and colourfully decorated and is perfectly maintained and clean.
The living room is cosily furnished and has a spacious sofa bed where you can relax with a TV evening. The open kitchen is fully equipped so that you can comfortably prepare dinner for 2 or 4 people. Here you will find a dishwasher, a 4-plate cooker, a combination microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine and a fridge-freezer. The dining table is large enough for 4 people to dine comfortably or have a cosy game night. There are some board games in the house.
Through the French doors you can access the enclosed terrace where you can relax in the sun on the seating set. The terrace is enclosed so that your pet can run freely in and out of the house.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a twin duvet. Bed linen can be booked optionally during the booking process. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and consists of a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.
Via a steep staircase (ladder) you can reach the sleeping loft where there are 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). Please note: The height of the sleeping loft is 1.70 m. Due to the space available, this house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
