Description

The detached chalet, built in 2014, is modern, rustic, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Location
St. Ulrich am Pillersee, district of Strass, 850 m above sea level. The chalet is located in a holiday complex, on an 8,000 sqm garden plot and waterside property with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. Lovingly furnished with a creative mix of old and new design. On a road with local traffic. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 150 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (1,400 m).

Central heating, underfloor heating. Additionally, tiled stove. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), books, DVDs or music for children, and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September 15 m x 6 m 1.9 m deep). Paddling pool. Natural swimming pond with spacious bathhouse and outdoor showers. The pool opening hours depend on the weather.

Leisure
1 bicycle. In the complex: table tennis. Stadl library of over 1,000 antique books.

Kitchen with TV, (8 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the terrace. Separate WC (3 sqm) with WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (18 sqm, covered, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers). Very relaxed, great area for recreation with a high recreational value for all ages in great nature. The providers were well approachable, but discreet, so that we could make our holiday undisturbed and very individual.
