Description

The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Sunny meadow location with garden/trampoline, lawn, neat little fence with 3 ducks and laying chickens, which the landlady runs as a hobby. Lockable bicycle/ski room, drying room with shoe drying system. drying rack available,
also laundry service - including drying (small surcharge).

St. Johann in Tirol, 750 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The well-equipped apartment is built and furnished in country style. Living area 75m² + 12m² south-facing balcony; Non smoking apartment - possibility on balcony; View from the property - panoramic view:
