The 75 sqm corner flat LA CARINA ("the pretty one") in the well-kept residence LA ROMANTICA with swimming pool and tennis court is situated just above Brezzo di Bedero with a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore, the green and hilly surroundings and the famous collegiate church di San Vittore.
The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail. You feel like you are in a separate villa due to the unique position. Thanks to a recent and detailed renovation, everything is up to date and in perfect condition.
The lovingly furnished holiday home is spread over two levels.
Main level:
° Entrance area with spiral staircase to the basement
° double bedroom (two mattresses 90 x 200 cm) with direct access to the front panoramic terrace
° bathroom with window, shower and washing machine
° open fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a side garden terrace of approx. 30 sqm with dining table, barbecue, sun awning and panoramic view

° front panoramic sun terrace of approx. 15 sqm with lake view, dining table, sun loungers and sun awning
Lower level:
° double bedroom (two mattresses 100 x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and window to a ventilation room
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas cooker, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, blender and all necessary kitchen and cooking utensils. All rooms have tiled floors.
The pool is attractively embedded in the green garden and is open from June to September.
A private single garage is available free of charge.
Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

Picturesquely situated on the high plateau of Valtravaglia, Brezzo di Bedero is at home on a small promontory between the first foothills of Valcuvia and the shores of Lake Maggiore. The village is surrounded by woods. Against a sweeping Alpine backdrop, the village combines several gardens, small villas, houses and bell towers in a very confined space. This sight will certainly remain in your memory for a long time. It is a place that promises relaxing days, a place where time pressure does not play a role for relaxed holidays.
Surrounding mountains provide natural protection from cold winds. The mild sunny climate contributes to the pleasant atmosphere in this place throughout the year. Therefore, you can visit the town in summer, winter and any other season. On this discovery tour, you should not miss a flying visit to the ancient Collegiate Church of San Vittore, a prime example of Romanesque architecture, whose striking lines are extremely impressive and can be admired imposingly from the terrace of the holiday flat.
Without a doubt, Brezzo di Bedero is a cultural centre where music enthusiasts get their money's worth several times over. For example, the famous music festival "Stagione Musicale della Canonica" takes place in the collegiate church of San Vittore from July to September.

Beautiful vacation
We had a wonderful vacation in an apartment with a dreamy view. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you need. Arrival and departure were uncomplicated. The highlight was also the large, very clean pool that could be used at any time. Since the accommodation is located roughly in the middle of Lake Maggiore, you could visit both northern and southern corners of the lake with attractions. Simply perfect! The only drawback, which we were aware of beforehand: The second bedroom is a basement room; despite the window to the light well, it remains a basement room. However, if you create a draft, some fresh air comes in;-) - it's okay just for sleeping!

The view from the balcony is unique!
The view of the lake and surroundings, as well as the mountains, is very beautiful and interesting. The swimming pool is also very inviting; almost everything is available in the holiday apartment except for a kettle and cushions for the balcony chairs.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung und die Begeisterung für die Umgebung und Wohnung.
Da in Italien bei gleichzeitig zu vielen "stromfressenden" Geräten die Hauptsicherung raus geht, ist ein elektrischer Wasserkocher vorsorglich nicht vorhanden, aber auch nicht in der Ausstattung gelistet. Ein traditioneller Wasserkocher für den Herd ist hingegen vorhanden.
Sitzkissen sind sehr wohl vorhanden, diese befinden sich im Schlafzimmer auf einem Schrank und wurden scheinbar nicht entdeckt und bei Nachfrage, ob alles ok ist, nicht bemängelt. Nun sind diese sichtbar bereitgestellt. Danke für Ihr Feedback ... alles Gute!!!

Simply beautiful
It was a wonderful vacation, and we really enjoyed the lovely clean holiday apartment; we lacked for nothing. Two terraces with an incredible view of the lake and the surrounding area. Very nice landlord and contact person on site, open and helpful for any questions. We will definitely be happy to come back again.

Great holiday apartment with a super beautiful view.
A very nice holiday apartment in a quiet, not too large complex with a super nice view of the lake and the village! Very well equipped and plenty of storage space available. The second bedroom in the basement was also usable and pleasantly cool. The pool is very suitable for swimming due to its size. We also found some beautiful beaches by the lake without having to drive far. The support on site (key handover, etc.) was very nice and straightforward. Since it was very warm, we did not go hiking, but it would have been quite possible due to the location and the paths directly available by the house. Recommended!

Absolutely recommendable
It was everything exactly as described. The view from the balcony is priceless, it's quiet, clean, tidy, and fulfills all the equipment requirements. The location is fantastic, as the town is on the quieter side of the lake. There were many quiet and beautiful beaches in the area.
All the questions I had were answered immediately, and there were also tips for excursions in the area. A very friendly and absolutely helpful rental service. I would love to come back again.
