Description
Casa Nortina, a cosy cottage with 3 bedrooms, living room with pellet stove, TV. Kitchenette and dining area, 2 flame gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all necessary crockery. The Casa Nortina is isolated. The bedroom windows are decorated with beautiful window grilles, so that you feel safe even when the windows are open.
The approx. 700 m² (!) large, dreamlike property is completely surrounded by a view-tight hedge. 7 different seats in sun or shade, as your heart desires.
The property is on the edge of a holiday settlement. The 25 meter long swimming pool is only 5 minutes walk away (own pool attendant, free entrance). The mini golf course is newly renovated and free of charge! Rackets are available in the Casa Nortina. Tennis is also free.
In summer there is also a free children's animation. In case of problems a German speaking reception will help.

Casa Nortina is situated on the edge of a beautiful holiday resort above Luino, Lago Maggiore.
At sea it is 5 minutes by car. Also after Luino 5 minutes by car. Everywhere on the lake there is free access to the lake.
Luino, Italy, is not a tourist town, but a beautiful Italian town with a lively year-round life. The weekly market is famous every Wednesday and attracts people from all surrounding countries.
The lake offers putty surfing, rowing, boat trips, or just swimming or diving. There are countless hiking and mountain bike tours in the area. Due to the proximity to Lugano and Milan, but also Ascona and Locarno as well as Bellinzona, all cultural offers are available.

A wonderful stay in the enchanted garden
It is a great little house surrounded by an enchanted garden. A big plus is the privacy, i.e. you are completely private and the outdoor shower is unbeatable. The only visitors are the curious little lizards (outside, not inside), which is great for the kids!
We felt comfortable all around.
I would have wished for a fan (but we were there in the height of summer). I should also mention that the stairs were quite steep for the children
But these are minor things! Definitely worth a visit. Plus the pool is around the corner, the food in the restaurant is great, and the beaches around Luino are wonderful! You would have to bring a car though.

During my vacation, I was able to fully enjoy the peace and the excursions. Everything was available in the cottage. In the evenings, the stove was a true gift! The beautiful garden is filled with love and invites you to relax. My family and I felt completely comfortable.

Great quiet holiday home
The holiday home is only a 10-minute drive from Lake Maggiore in a quiet holiday home settlement above Luino. The cottage itself is lovingly designed and perfect for a cosy holiday. The garden is wonderfully varied and invites you to linger. We enjoyed it very much outside, away from prying eyes, surrounded by pure nature. It relaxes the soul.

Beautiful holiday home in a well-kept complex
Beautiful holiday home with a beautifully landscaped garden, the large garden with barbecue area and outdoor shower offers a sunny or shady spot at any time of day. The holiday home is nicely furnished and fully equipped, quiet location. Numerous excursion destinations in the region. We spent a nice relaxing holiday there. We would like to come back.

Great family holidays high above Lake Lago
Casa Nortina is an ideal base for exploring the eastern region of the Italian side of Lake Maggiore. The cottage is located in a well-kept, very quiet holiday complex with pizzeria and pool. The only thing we missed was the otherwise breathtaking view of the lake from the house's own terrace and a "place to stop" (ice cream/coffee) in the afternoon. Many shopping possibilities, the beach and other restaurants/ice cream parlours in Luino are easily accessible by car in a few minutes, on foot it was too far and steep for us with the children (3.5 km/200 metres in altitude). Switzerland and Lake Lugano are also only a few kilometres away. We really liked it - better than Lake Garda. The area is far from being so touristy and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine.

Casa Nortina am Lago Maggiore
Ein sehr gemütliches und romantisches Häuschen mit einem herrlichen Garten. Für eine vierköpfige Familie sehr geeignet! Der kurze Weg zum Lago tut sein Übriges zu einem sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin ist eine ungemein freundliche, angenehme und sorgsame Person, alles wurde sehr unkompliziert und ohne Stress abgewickelt. Das war sehr toll!

Urlaub in der Anlage toll für Familien und Paare . Schöne Anlage , für Kinder alles vorhanden zum spielen . Wenn man Erholung und Ruhe braucht ist man dort auch gut aufgehoben da es ruhig und erholsam ist . empfehlenswert :-)

Naturpark am Lago Maggiore
Schöne, mitten in der Natur gelegende gemütliche Casa. Entspannung für die Seele im wunderbaren Brunnengarten.
Die Kinder waren begeistert vom neuen Freibad und den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Leider keine direkte Seesicht.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten
Unser Urlaub war wirklich wunderbar, obwohl das Wetter nicht immer gut war. Auch bei Regen lässt es sich in dem perfekt ausgestatteten Häuschen gut leben! Angenehme Musik, Reiseführer, Kochbücher oder Spiele füllen die Zeit.
Der Garten ist unfassbar schön, ruhig und schattig - einfach ein Paradis!
Die Anlage mit Schwimmbecken, Restaurant und Minigolf lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Und Martina ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin!
