The basement consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, 1 bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor, which is accessible by a staircase, there are 2 singles, and a m wide bed.
Equipment ao satellite TV, stereo with CD, gas heating, gas / electric stove freezer, microwave, coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher. Also a washing machine.
Outside there is a large fireplace grill on the terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

The resort «Villagio di Sunclass» located on the hillside in a wooded, natural-like setting above Lake Maggiore in Brezzo di Bedero, 3 km from Luino.
The installation consists of a group of bungalows (Nurdach houses).
In the center are uaein large swimming pool, a kiddie pool, a children's playground and a tennis court for free use. Furthermore there is a restaurant, and a mini golf course.
Since 2009 there is a very nice beach in Germignaga. The plant looks very nice. One can there Deckchair and umbrella hire. A cappuccino and a bite to eat there are also.
From beach from there is a promenade that invites you to linger.

The region offers a lot of possibilities. Famous are the markets in the region, especially the market in Luino, the Wednesdays takes place every weekend.
For hikers there from here the most beautiful tours, which are to cope without a car.
Many attractions are nearby. From Luino you can admire the ship the Borromean Islands.
A little further away, but easy to reach by car is the Verzasca Valley, made famous by the dam (bungee jump) from the James Bond Golden Eye.
The many churches and monasteries are worth a visit.

Great short vacation
We spent a few great days here. The house is well equipped, everything you need is available. The evenings on the terrace with a view of the lake were wonderful.

Beautiful small house in a holiday resort above Lake Maggiore with a great pool.
The house is located quietly with a view of Lake Maggiore in a peaceful holiday resort. The kitchen is well-equipped. You can cook well by yourself. The view from the terrace is very beautiful.
We feel good here and have already been here several times.
To access the house and use the upper floor, one must be mobile. The information about the house, the payment, and the check-in at the specified time went very well.

Thoroughly enjoyed in this amazing cottage!
The cottage is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views from the two terraces. It is very clean and equipped with all amenities. Almost everything you need is present and in stock. The owner is very helpful and can be reached for questions. Due to circumstances, we arrived a day later, but the key handover was still well arranged. The public beach and park are located at the foot of the mountain. We had a wonderful week with six of us and will definitely come back again.

House with good amenities
It is a holiday home in a beautiful location with a great view of Lake Maggiore. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, and electric oven. Microwave, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine, refrigerator with large freezer, washing machine, television, and free Wi-Fi are also available. The bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the living room, are functionally furnished.
What is missing: a clothesline in the outdoor area; we also missed a salad spinner.
The overall residential complex is very clean and beautiful. We particularly liked the swimming pool with a separate children's area. A nice children's playground with various equipment is also available. In addition, there is a tennis court and table tennis tables as well as a mini-golf course in the complex. The on-site catering is highly recommended.
The appearance of the complex is very friendly due to the many flowers, palm trees, hedges, and trees.
One more note: the access to the house can be somewhat challenging for older people because the long staircase from the parking lot must be navigated with luggage. (Alternative: after consultation with the neighbor, you can transport luggage through their property upon arrival and departure.)
For us, it was a wonderful holiday in a beautiful and quiet location.
