We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Villa "La Terrazza".
I spent two unforgettable weeks with my family at the dreamlike property "La Terrazza". We booked the option for exclusive use of the villa and the swimming pool. The villa is well equipped (WIFI, dishwasher, air conditioning, towels, stylish furnishings, and spacious living area), impeccably clean and well-maintained. The panoramic location with the evening view of a sea of lights is breathtakingly beautiful. The large pool, 8x10 meters, in the middle of a beautiful olive grove above the villa can be reached via some steps and also offers a panoramic view. The owner took care of cleaning the pool perfectly every day. The hospitality and warmth of the owners exceeded everything we have experienced in past vacations. Maria brought us the best wine, fresh eggs, herbs, and other Tuscan delicacies. Due to the elevated location of the property, we enjoyed absolute peace combined with a distant view like from a picture book. In the nearby village, there are two supermarkets (distance: 4 and 6 kilometers). The driveway to the property is very steep and requires some momentum but is not a problem. The vacation at "La Terrazza" was one of the most beautiful I have ever enjoyed with my family - this accommodation is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.

Dreamlike location and pure relaxation
We booked La Terrazza for exclusive use. The location is a dream, the view over the surrounding cities fascinated us again and again. The two landlords Maria and Bartolomeo took excellent care of us and are very nice and helpful. They cooked a dinner for us and also provided us with tomatoes, eggs and wine. We have rarely been received so warmly.
The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is there that is needed for daily life. The pool is a dream, large, clean, with enough sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by nature and olive groves. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility, this is the right place.
A car is required, shopping is possible about 4 km away in Montecatini Terme, where there are large supermarkets. Excursions to Pisa and Lucca are easy to reach.
Thank you Maria and Bartolomeo for your warmth. We felt incredibly comfortable with you. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Retreat with cultural connection
We spent a very nice week in La Terrazza. The hosts were on the one hand discreetly reserved, on the other very helpful when necessary. The terrace with a great view, the pool in the middle of nature. There are more excursion destinations than time allows. We were very satisfied with the choice of the house as well as with the region. We will probably come back again.

Holiday in Tuscany - high above Montecatini
We really enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful holiday home nestled in the hills of olive trees, with the nice owner couple Maria & Bartolemeo! The fantastic location with a great view over Montecatini & towards the mountains fascinated us every morning and evening with lots of lights, and we could enjoy it with a good glass of red wine. From the house, we took many trips to the surrounding area such as Luca, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio, Livorno, etc. -- especially nice for our two dogs were the dog beaches near Viareggio (Parco Natural) & Livorno, where we had a lot of fun! Of course, we also used the pool almost every day for swimming, and then we read, played, etc. in the shade! Overall, it was a great vacation in a very beautiful area & location! The only challenge was the very steep and narrow road to the house, but it was manageable even with a big car!

Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung
Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im La Terrazza. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool, der über ein paar Stufen erreichbar ist. In der Unterkunft hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastfreundschaft von den Vermietern (Maria und Bartolomeo) war sehr herzlich, wir wurden mit Tomaten und Pflaumen aus eigenem Anbau versorgt, sowie mit Wein und Olivenöl.
Das Haus ,in herrlicher Alleinlage mitten im Olivenhain, hatten wir zur Alleinnutzung gemietet. Die Ausstattung entspricht vollständig der Anbieterbeschreibung.
WLAN ist verfügbar, aber wegen geringer Bandbreite nicht wirklich nutzbar.
Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse mit dem sensationellen Ausblick auf Montecatini Terme sehr genossen.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die beeindruckenden Städte Florenz , Pisa , Lucca, Siena und San Gimignano.
Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool in ruhiger Lage
wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamem Familien-Urlaub (5 Personen + Hund) in La Terrazza. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und die traumhafte Aussicht von der Terrasse aber auch vom perfekt gepflegten privaten Pool hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert.
Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Hausbesitzer (Maria und Bartolomeo)
Trotz der Sprachschwierigkeiten hat die Verständigung gut funktioniert und beide waren wirklich sagenhaft gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit zu uns. Am ersten Tag haben wir Olivenöl, Wein und frische Gartentomaten bekommen. Maria hat sogar zwei mal für uns etwas gekocht (super lecker) und war immer bestrebt, dass es uns gut geht und wir uns wohlfühlen. Solch herzliche Menschen trifft man selten und wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte sich auf dem riesigen Grundstück frei bewegen.
Die Lage ist eher ruhig und für Ausflüge ans Meer oder nach Lucca und Florenz muss man keine allzu großen Distanzen zurücklegen. Genau deshalb hatten wir uns auch dieses Haus ausgesucht. Man benötigt aber unbedingt ein Auto um in das Ferienhaus und in die Umgebung zu gelangen.
Wir würden jederzeit gerne nochmal zurückkommen.

Eine Aussicht zum Träumen
Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Montecatini Terme! Maria und Bartolomeo waren zauberhafte Gastgeber und haben uns mit Olivenöl, Tomaten und Pesto verwöhnt. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns täglich verständigt :-)Der Pool des Hauses ist der Knaller, gerade bei der Hitze haben wir ihn sehr genossen!
Ein kleines Manko war die Situation beim Duschen im unteren Bad, die Faltdusche war nicht ganz dicht. Die Schlafcouch im oberen Bereich des "dritten Schlafzimmers" war leider nicht sehr bequem und ist eher nur für Kinder geeignet. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war sehr abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven :-)

Urlaub in der Toskana bei Maria und Bartolomeo
Wir hatten das komplette Haus zur Alleinnutzung einschl. des großen Pools. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb von Montecatini Terme (ca 5 km). Strand (Hundestrand) in einer Entfernung von ca. 55 km. Maut Hin und Zurück kostet ein paar Euro. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in ca. 4 km (kleiner COOP) und ca. 6 km (großer COOP, Einkaufszentrum). Es gibt in näherer Umgebung ein paar sehr gute Restaurants. Ebenso gibt es in nächster Umgebung sehr viele interessante, wunderschöne kleine Orte auch mit kleinen Restaurants. Allerdings ist das Auto hier unentbehrlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder in der Toskana fahren. Allerdings sind wir bereits einige Male dort gewesen.

Very friendly, absolutely quiet with a magnificent view
We were on the property for a week with our son and grandson. We had taken advantage of the offer that the other 2 flats in the rear part of the house would not be rented out and thus had terrace, pool etc. alone.
The good soul of the house is Maria, who lives off to the side. We have never experienced so much friendliness and cordiality from landlords. Maria speaks neither German nor English - we speak no Italian. Nevertheless, we were able to communicate very well with each other
The house is spacious; except for a few missing kitchen utensils, everything necessary was available. Breakfast on the terrace - a wonderful start to the day with a distant view
Pool: very large, constantly cleaned, with shady canopy at the head (non-swimmers should bring appropriate swimming aids).
Access: behind the gate, which can be opened by remote control, very steep - but manageable.
Beach: you can be at the Mediterranean in less than an hour.
Culture/sightseeing: very wide range of activities
Dog: he felt very comfortable
Conclusion: It was an all-round successful holiday for all of us, including our dog
