Description
The spacious flat is a very good starting point for any leisure activities due to its convenient location.
The flat has two very nice, well-maintained bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, so 3 beds per bedroom. In each bedroom there is a large 40" TV, a couch, a desk with PC and a large wardrobe. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. Each bedroom has an integrated bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer.
The living room has a large living area with a comfortable sofa and a very large 42" flat screen TV with cable TV.
All important utensils are available in the spacious kitchen. A cosy corner bench, 2 armchairs (6 persons) and a massive table are ready for culinary meals.
On the balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms, there is a wooden bench, four armchairs and a table - so nothing stands in the way of a cosy breakfast or dinner outdoors. The view of the mountain landscape from there is exceptionally beautiful.
In the cellar there is a ski boot dryer for 10 pairs of boots. Dry, warm boots in the morning are therefore also taken care of. There is also a storage room for skis or snowboards in the cellar.
In the well-maintained garden there is a playground with swing and sandpit as well as a massive barbecue.
A covered carport for 2 cars is also available.
The extremely positive feedback is confirmation for us that our flat meets the wishes of our guests. Cleanliness and order are our top priorities!

For all those looking for fun, entertainment and thrills, there is also plenty to do. The proximity to Zell am See (9 km) and Kaprun (8 km) makes Fusch a very attractive starting point for many activities.
Skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, hiking, tennis (300 m), swimming (300 m), cycling, climbing, beach volleyball (300 m), fishing (200 m), football pitch (300 m), pubs, wellness, and many other leisure activities can be enjoyed right in Fusch in the immediate vicinity! In the immediate vicinity, about 500 metres away, there are 6 restaurants with national and international cuisine. Bars are also just around the corner. So a cosy, culinary end to the day is also taken care of. Directly in the village (1 km) are all important facilities such as: Shop, bakery, bank with ATM, tobacconist, petrol station, museum, sports shop with ski and bike rental, ski school, doctor, tourist office, church, playground, walking paths, cycle path,... In summer there is always a farmers' market where farmers sell their products. The Trachtenmusikkapelle Fusch invites you weekly to a free concert in the 'Grießner Isidor Park' - highly recommended. In winter and summer there are weekly folk evenings with country dances, musical accompaniment and funny performances. Our guests like to take advantage of this offer. In winter, there are evening torchlight hikes through the deeply snow-covered valley and performances by the ski school.
The world-famous ski destinations in Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe) and Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn - glacier and the Maiskogelbahn) are only 10 minutes away from our flat by car and offer everything your heart desires in winter and summer. But also in Fusch are two ski lifts, which are very suitable for beginners - distance: only 1 km. Of course, a free ski bus is also available to our guests, the bus stop for which is just 100 metres away from our flat. The wonderful slopes tempt you to go skiing or snowboarding, you will be thrilled. You don't have to do without après ski, because there are many possibilities.
In Bruck (7km) you will find the Kohlschnait toboggan run. There at the hut you can spend a cosy evening with idyllic flair.
The modern Diesel cinema in Bruck invites you to watch current films every day.
Nearby is the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the highest road in Central Europe, which is only open from to in summer. The view from the 'Kaiser Franz Josef Höhe' of the Großglockner, Austria's highest mountain, and the Pasterze, the longest glacier in the Alps, is breathtaking. On the way to the Grossglockner Road you pass the Ferleiten Game Park with a large amusement park for children (4 km) and many interesting museums.
For anglers, the Fuscher Ache (100 metres next to the flat) and the Zeller See (7km) or also the Salzach (7km) come into question. The Fuscher Ache offers wonderful conditions for fly fishing. Fly fishing has been practised there, where the primeval trout is still demonstrably at home, for many years and is one of the insider tips of the Austrian fly fishing scene (trout, char, grayling,...). Lake Zell with its excellent fish stock (whitefish, whitefish, carp, pike, zander, perch, catfish, lake trout, roach, bream,...) is one of the best-known fishing waters in Austria. The Salzach also offers an angler everything his heart desires.
A day trip to our provincial capital Salzburg is always recommended. The journey time is not too long (1 hour), and you will certainly be impressed by the attractions such as Mozart's birthplace in the Getreidegasse, the Hohensalzburg Fortress, Hellbrunn Palace, the House of Nature, Red Bull Hangar-7, Mönchsberg, Gaisberg,... will be thrilled.
For all Kneip friends, there is a wonderful Kneip facility in Bad Fusch, which is only 3 km away from our flat. Bad Fusch was long considered a post spa resort of Bad Gastein due to its power spots and its springs and was very well known. Bad Fusch is also the starting point for many hikes and ski tours.
In general, there are many hiking and ski touring possibilities in Fusch, not only that many 3000 mountains can be climbed (Großglockner, Sonnenwelleck, Fuscherkarkopf, Kloben, Brennkogel, Hohe Dock, Große Wiesbachhorn, Hoher Tenn, Spielmann, Johannisberg) but also easy, beautiful hikes with waterfalls and wonderful valley ends are around our apartment.
The ultra-modern Tauern Spa in Kaprun offers wonderful wellness and relaxation facilities in winter as well as in summer
