There are two separate apartments. Each is around 75m2. Each apartment has two bedrooms. Also a Living room, Kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a second toilet in each apartment. Both apartments share the same east facing balcony.
Whatever the time of year the Zell am See-Kaprun region always has plenty to suit your tastes. There is almost every winter sport imaginable. And in the summer we’ve got mountain biking, rafting, sailing, golf, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding, and of course all the walking/ hiking trails you can handle, plus much much more. The nearby town of Zell am See is bursting with Austrian charm & character and the crystal clear waters of the lake combined with the surrounding mountains, really do provide a beautiful picture postcard setting.
There are plenty of relaxing options too, whether that be a sightseeing & shopping trip to historic Salzburg or Innsbruck, to a leisurely boat trip around the lake or meadow walks.
In short, whatever you’re looking for in your holiday, Chalet Charlotte is the place to stay whatever the season.

Chalet Charlotte Apartments is located in Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße in the province of Salzburg, 7km south of Zell am See. The wonderful valley location with its mountain views on all sides provides an idyllic setting to relax away from the stresses of everyday life, whilst being close enough to all the attractions and amenities when required. The holiday region grossglockner-zellersee is one of the most unique in the Austrian Alps. On the way to the amazing Grossglockner high-alpine-road you will find our village of Bruck, and the gateway to the mountains of the ‘Höhe Tauern National Park’.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- Standard Terms You will be refunded in full, if you cancel the booking at least 90 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 90 days before check-in there will be no refund of any deposit paid. Covid-19 Terms If, on the day before arrival, any of the circumstances outlined below apply to your booked dates, and this results in your booking being cancelled, then you will be entitled to a 100% credit note to the value of your accommodation payments. Valid circumstances covered by these Covid-19 cancellation terms are limited to:
- official closure of the property due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- If the government of the country where the property is located, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or to the property, or imposes a mandatory quarantine on arrival.
- if the government of your country of departure, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or region where the property is located.
- If the government of your country of departure, advises against all non essential travel to the country or region where the property is located. All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation terms, and the standard cancellation terms will apply. These include, but are not limited to:
- an unwillingness to travel.
- an inability to travel due to medical reasons (including any related to Covid-19).
- an inability to travel due to vaccination status.
- individual or household stay-at-home orders. These Covid-19 cancellation terms are valid up to the day before arrival. After this date there will be no refund or credit note should Covid-19 have an impact upon your booking. Your country of departure will be determined by the address used at the time of booking and this address will apply to all parties on the booking. It is your responsibility to comply with all relevant health and/or vaccination requirements in the countries you are travelling to and from. Where a credit note is issued this will be valid for 12 months and can be used against a future booking in the property. The arrival date of the future booking must be within 15 months from your original arrival date.

There is a no smoking policy in all areas. No animals allowed. No same sex groups (stag/hen parties). No garden access, No BBQ facilities. Only 1 car parking space per apartment. Quiet times must be observed between 10pm and 7am. It is not possible to rent both apartments at the same time.
