Mediterranean style furnished vacation house in Premantura offers space for 6 people not far from the beach. Spend an ideal vacation with the chirping of birds and the sound of waves just a few steps from the sea in Premantura. This first floor house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living area with kitchen. The dining room is connected to the terrace, so you can spend your first morning coffee or warm summer evenings on the covered terrace with the sounds of nature. Book your vacation in this cottage as soon as possible and treat yourself to a well-deserved vacation!
From the property to the beach is 20 meters and the distance to the center is 500 meters. The nearest grocery store is 500 meters from the vacation property. In 500 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

The land and the area around the house matched the photographs. Everything was absolutely perfectly clean, fragrant, and functional. The house is well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen equipment. I don't think I have as much at home. :) Nothing was missing. I forgot dish towels and tea at home - no problem. There was really nothing I missed in the kitchen. From cutlery, various sizes of mugs, plates, to a coffee maker, blender, and dishwashing detergent. The terrace is great for sitting, all the windows have insect screens, outdoor shower, and plenty of loungers. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention that the access road is very, very narrow. And the offer of a beach 20 meters away is not accurate. The beach is, of course, nearby, about 150 meters. But it is not a completely pleasant beach. It is a beach with large stones and sea urchins, not pleasant for entering the water. But that is Istria. It's just good to know and have water shoes. Overall, we were satisfied.

Very beautiful place to relax

Peaceful property including flora and fauna. Dog rehabilitation after serious surgery was successful. Small town above where you can get everything you need. Pula and Medulin not far away. Ideal for dog lovers.
