Description

Renovated in 2014, this holiday home in Premantura offers space for six people. The interior consists of three charming double bedrooms with laminate floors, a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine and a large kitchen in rustic style. Guests also have a covered and furnished terrace with barbecue at their disposal - all this only four hundred metres from the sea.
The distance from the property to the beach is 400 metres and the distance to the centre is 250 metres. The nearest grocery store is located 150 meters from the holiday home. In 50 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
