The living room with open kitchen is comfortably furnished with two 3-seater sofas, a 2-seater sofa and TV, where you can relax after a day at the beach or play a family game. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combi microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge and a freezer, among other things. At the dining table with seating for 6 you can enjoy your self-prepared culinary meals.
The holiday home with dog in Oostkapelle has three bedrooms. The first bedroom with a bunk bed is on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed with balcony and the other has 2 single beds (90 x 180 cm). The bedrooms on the first floor both have their own washbasin. A cot and a high chair are available. Bed linen and towels can be added at the time of booking.
On the ground floor is the bathroom with washbasin, shower with step and bath. There is a separate toilet.
The garden is really ideal! The children and the dog can play on the lawn while you relax in the sun on the terrace or under the large parasol. You can park your car for free at the house, there is 1 parking space.
The house has free WIFI and is in a non-smoking version.

Holiday home "Klein Duimpje" is quietly situated in a small holiday park with private bungalows, ideal for your family holiday by the sea! The park is close to the beach and the nature reserve "De Manteling". Cosy restaurants and snack bars are also within walking distance.
Burgvliet Park is 5 minutes by bike from the beach and 10 minutes from the centre of Oostkapelle. There is a small playground in Burgvliet.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
