This holiday bungalow is located on a small holiday park with all private bungalows, called Burgvliet.
The house is completely modernized in 2016. There are sleeping places for 7 persons (max. 4 adults) in three large bedrooms, all with central heating. One of the rooms with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) has its own bathroom (shower and wash basin). The other two rooms are a family room, which can be separated with a sliding door. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and children's room has a etagebed (under 140 x 185 cm and over 120 x 185 cm). The
Living room with open kitchen is like a beach house in terms of colors and is equipped with a corner sofa, a flat screen TV and hifi set and a large dining table where you can sit too well with 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas stove, two types of coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle.
The house is extended by the very spacious and comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast in the morning or read a book in the evening. The large garden has a private driveway for 2 cars. The children should have a lot of fun on the trampoline.
The house with WIFI is pet-free and is a non-smoking version. It is very child-friendly, a cot and a high chair are available.
The Burgvliet park is located 5 minutes by bike from the beach and 10 minutes from the centre of Oostkapelle. A small playground is available at Burgvliet.

Location and surroundings of object
Oostkapelle is a lively village with lots of activities and markets. The terraces in the Dorpsstraat are always busy. You can also admire Oostkapelle from above. Climb the stairs of the tower and enjoy the wonderful view over the nature areas and polders of Walcheren.
The beach of Oostkapelle is very suitable for a versatile excursion day. You can of course sunbathe and swim there, but even if you have a more active attitude, there is plenty to do. Surfing, horse riding and kite flying are just a few examples of the possibilities. The beach at Oostkapelle is also awarded a Blue Flag.
The terraces invite you to relax or have something to eat or drink. The atmosphere is relaxing and reminds of former times. There is a good chance that you will even get to see the traditional costumes.
Oostkapelle is a real Zeeland family resort in the middle of the beautiful nature area "De Manteling" and the dune and water extraction area "Oranjezon". The Oostkapelle beach is well known, just like the rest of Walcheren, for its characteristic dunes (?), beach huts and of course, for its quiet atmosphere. Furthermore, the province of Zeeland has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands during the summer months. An excellent start for a nice beach holiday.
A sunbath or a walk on the beach, fun and games or water sports. The well-kept white sandy beaches of Oostkapelle offer you peace and quiet. Optimal facilities of all kinds increase the comfort and therefore the holiday fun of the guests. This begins with the easily accessible beach crossings and parking spaces. There are also public showers and toilets, running boards and mill buckets. There are lifeguards and rescue brigades who watch over the well-being of the guests, always with a first aid post nearby. The "pampered" bathing guest can rent deck chairs, wind - and parasols.
The main beaches of Oostkapelle are monitored by the lifeguards. They work from the rescue station. The lifeguards have been specially trained for this purpose and are present in July and August. When the weather is fine, there is also beach surveillance on weekends during the bathing season (15 May to 15 September). Some beach guards have a fast lifeboat, which is used for patrolling in good weather and to rescue people quickly from the water in case of emergency.
Finally, the many beach pavilions provide the guests with drinks, snacks or lunch and dinner.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
