Description
This holiday bungalow is located in a small holiday park with all private bungalows, called Burgvliet. The park is close to the beach and the nature reserve "De Manteling" between Domburg Castle and Oostkapelle. The house is pet-free and in a non-smoking version and very child friendly. The house has been completely renovated and extended in winter 2018-2019 and has undergone a total metamorphosis! The apartment has a beautiful, bright living room through the large windows and the sliding door to the terrace. The open kitchen is completely new with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and oven. There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower and toilet and under floor heating. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and one room with a bunk bed. A cot, a high chair and a washing machine are at your disposal free of charge. The garden is ideal for children to play, there are several terraces so you can always sit in the sun. There is a lounge area on the sun terrace and a table and chairs for outdoor dining on the covered terrace. A storage room for the bikes you bring or rent completes the whole. Of course there is also a parking space on our own premises.

Cancellation terms:
- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
