Close to the sea, this impressive luxury villa Rosarol is located in the town of Liznjan, not far from Medulin and Pula. The air-conditioned villa offers accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Its modern and luxurious design will satisfy even the most demanding guests. In front of the villa there is an exclusive outdoor area with a private hydromassage pool, sun loungers and a covered terrace with a barbecue and a dining table. On the ground floor you will find a living room with(access to the outdoor area) with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The interior staircase of the villa leads you to the 1st floor, where you will find 3 more fully equipped bedrooms with TV, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. The villa also offers a beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from the terrace. For our youngest guests, there is an entertainment room with toys, picado and table football.

Beautiful villa with pool and good amenities
The villa is very beautiful, with a suitably large pool, top kitchen (a better coffee machine would fit well here:). Nice rooms with enough storage space, a large terrace.

Great house
A great house that absolutely corresponded to the description and the pictures! The basic equipment of the house is completely sufficient. The house is super modern and technically well secured. If we had to mention something that could be improved, we would appreciate a few more tea towels.
