Description

This unique villa, where you can also play golf, is located near Medulin. The villa is situated on a large fenced-in plot, which also offers a private swimming pool with a Roman entrance and a paved sun terrace with deckchairs. There is also a trampoline for the little ones. The villa can accommodate up to ten people in five attractively furnished bedrooms.
From the property to the beach is 1 km and the distance to the centre is 500 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 400 metres from the holiday home. In 400 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
