Description
Our quietly situated holiday home (90 sqm) is very idyllically located by the pond.
The house is located in a very beautiful, well-maintained park and is equipped for 4 people. You can park your car in the parking space reserved for you, which is not far from the house.
In the lower part of the house you will find the hallway, the bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with dining area and the cosy living room with the couch. From there you can access the terrace overlooking the large pond. In 2019 we got a large glass roofing with led lighting, which allows you to sit dry in not so nice weather.
On the upper floor (accessible via a spiral staircase) are the two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. From there you have a great view of the pond.
You can use the garden shed to store your bicycles.
There is a charcoal grill in the garden house.
A high chair for small children is available.
The property is completely fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in the "Park Brouwersmeer /Port Greve". The park has an indoor swimming pool with children's pool, playground with ball pool, Italian restaurant, snack bar,slot machines, pool billiards, supermarket (open 7 days),
Outside: mini-golf, tennis court, sports field, playgrounds, sandy beach at the Grevelingen Sea. Canoe rental and island tours nearby.
The village of Brouwershaven/Den Osse is situated on the Grevelingen Sea, which is ideal for diving and snorkelling. The North Sea with its 20 km long and very wide sandy beach invites you to swim and sunbathe and is about 7.5 km away. Behind the dunes you can make excellent bicycle tours as well as long walks.
Schouven-Duiveland is the sunniest island in the Netherlands and has a large network of walking and cycling paths.
The town of Renesse with its many small shops, bars, restaurants and discos is about 11 km away.
The town of Zierikzee, with many sights, shopping facilities and boat service is approx. 18 km away.

Wohlfühlunterkunft
Die Unterkunft samt Garten ist sehr gemütlich, sodass man sich wunderbar entspannen kann - auch wenn mal das Wetter nicht mitspielt.

Beautiful holiday home
We really liked Mrs. Seilheimer's holiday home. The cottage is very lovingly furnished, very clean, and the small garden is also great in terms of location. Right by the water, but still secluded, as the property is not visible. In short, we can definitely recommend it.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful spot
We had a very nice holiday in Sabine's cottage. The cottage is nicely furnished and is nice and clean.
Located near the Grevelingenmeer and also close (10-15minutes by car).
On the park you have everything at hand.
The house has a nice large garden. Around the garden is for a large part a fence of about 1meter high, on the sides is a low fence of about 20cm high. This was too low for our dogs and would step right over it. We solved this ourselves with a sheep fence we had brought with us.
But overall we really enjoyed it, so definitely recommended!

Beautiful holiday home for small families with dog
We, a family with a child and a dog, stayed in the flat for the first time. The location is nice and quiet, the flat is not visible. Compared to our previous experiences, the furnishings were rather upscale. The flat was very clean and the landlady and on-site managers very friendly and professional. The price was fair/reasonable for this time of year. We would travel there again and can definitely recommend the flat.
