Description
Our very well-equipped private holiday home Herckenstein 124 (approx. 80 sqm) is located in the beautiful Port Greve holiday park in Den Osse/Brouwershaven with old trees and idyllic marinas directly on the Grevelingen Sea. It has recently been completely modernised. The fan-like architectural style of the six row houses contributes to an individual holiday, the neighbors do not look at the pleasantly furnished terrace.
The holiday home (completely renovated in 2022) is equipped for four people. A high chair for small children is available as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron etc. in a separate storage room. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove, a spacious dining and living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a shower room with toilet. This is followed by a large covered terrace and the fully fenced garden overlooking a beautifully landscaped pond. Our guests can enjoy the sun as well as shady spots.
On the upper floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with a balcony and a second bathroom with a bathtub/toilet.
The house has gas central heating, the floors are covered with foot-friendly, soundproofing cork laminate, the bathrooms are tiled in a modern style.
We are independent of the park administration, a friendly, competent manager couple takes care of the house and our guests on site.

Location and surroundings of object
Landal Holiday Park Port Greve in Den Osse/Brouwershaven is located directly on the Grevelingen Sea. All water sports and fishing are possible here. The Brouwersdam spot, popular with windsurfers, is in the neighbourhood. Cycling and hiking are just as popular as simply relaxing on your own beach, about 200 metres away. The holiday park has a swimming pool, a mini-golf course, bicycle rental, a children's playground, a restaurant and a supermarket. Restaurants and beach stalls (in summer) are within walking or cycling distance. The North Sea beach of Renesse and beautiful old towns like Zierikzee or Zonnemaire are only a few kilometres away. Middelburg, Veere or Oostkapelle can be reached in a good 1/2 hour by car via the Zeelandbrug, which crosses the Osterschelde. The small centre of our village Brouwershaven with harbour and market place is a good two kilometres away, you can walk or cycle there via the Grevelingendam.

| A deposit of 30% of the holiday home rent is due with the booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Additional services (see above) are paid in cash to the manager on site Our guests can arrive on any day of the week. The service fee for house/key handover/return and final cleaning (€ 85.00) is obligatory. Please note: There is a 50% surcharge on this contribution for arrivals/and or departures on Sundays and/or public holidays. It therefore depends on the booking and will be calculated and confirmed individually. If only one Sunday and/or public holiday is affected by arrival and departure, this will of course be taken into account. |

- Free cancellation option until 60 days before the day of arrival.
- Zahlweise: 30% Anzahlung nach schriftlicher Buchungsbestätigung. Restzahlung 4 Wochen vor Anreise. Zusatzleistungen (s.o.) sind vor Ort in bar an den/die Verwalter/in bei Anreise zu bezahlen. Stornierung/Rücktritt: Bis 30 Tage vor Anreise: Anzahlung wird nicht erstattet. Danach und bis zum Anreisetag fällt der volle Rechnungsbetrag an (ohne Kaution, Servicebeitrag und Kurtaxe). A week of pure relaxation
After the refreshingly friendly welcome by the manager, who gave us some tips, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The house is lovingly furnished, bright, extremely clean, and has a beautiful, covered terrace. The communication with the landlady beforehand was also excellent.
We spent a wonderful week. Zeeland is always worth a visit and I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great house with great owners.
We had a wonderful holiday in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We didn't miss anything. The management couple was just as friendly as you as the landlord. We arrived with our 14-year-old son, who also had a lot of fun. The park is designed for all age groups. The neighborhood is also very friendly and helpful.
We would be happy to visit your holiday home again.

Wonderful days in Brouwershaven
We had a few wonderful days in this holiday home with our children (1 and 3). The contact with the landlady and the property manager was always friendly and our questions were answered as quickly as possible. The house itself is beautifully quiet and a playground or the Parkzentrum can be reached in a few minutes. The lovingly furnished house has everything you need for a family vacation and convinced with modern and well-kept facilities.
We will definitely come back.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Sehr gutes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Schöner kleiner Garten mit geräumiger, überdachter Terrasse. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Timeout in the holiday home
We took a nice break here.
The little house is almost completely furnished and nothing was missing.
The garden with a big oak tree is great. Here everyone can sit in the sun or shade as they wish, relax or watch the animals.
The friendly estate couple was always available when we needed them - with help, good advice, and tips.
There are plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding towns that we enjoyed trying.
There are many opportunities for sunbathers and water sports enthusiasts.

Beautiful holiday apartment in Brouwershaven
The vacation home is very high quality equipped, has 2 modern bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with good comfortable beds.
The secluded beautiful garden provides privacy and is furnished with a table and chairs as well as loungers. You feel at home in this apartment and there are good restaurants on the nearby market square. You can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön, hat einen hübschen Garten und alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Die Umgebung ist ideal für Radtouren, in kurzer Teit ist man am Nordseestrand.
