It is a comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday flat. It corresponds to the equipment level of 4 stars according to the classification of the DTV.
On the ground floor of the maisonette holiday flat are the large living and dining room, the kitchen, the hallway with wardrobe cupboards and the guest WC.
The kitchen is equipped, among other things, with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave, electric grill, fridge with freezer compartment and, of course, a wealth of accessories as well as more than sufficient crockery and cutlery.
The hallway has a heated wardrobe with shoe storage, luggage compartment and further cupboard space. From this hallway in the entrance area you also reach the guest toilet.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD and cassette player are available, as well as board games, a DVD collection and a large selection of literature.
There is enough room for many people at the large dining table with additional seating, especially if two couples share the flat.
The holiday flat on Rügen has of course a separate access from the outside and a terrace on the sunny side with garden furniture, barbecue and beach chair.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the daylight bathroom with bathtub.
The bathroom in the is equipped with a bathtub, towel radiator, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
The bedrooms have double beds or two single beds, which can be pushed together if necessary.
The flat is only available to non-smokers.

The "Rügenstrand" holiday flat is located on the Wittow peninsula, in the very north of the island of Rügen, a few metres away from the extensive beach. Both the natural beach and the bathing beach and the many Bodden landscapes show the versatility of the surroundings.

We, Sabine and Peter, have owned this holiday flat since 2007 and are Rügen and Baltic Sea fans ourselves. We christened this holiday home "Haus Benny" with the name of our first bobtail, Benny. He loved the Baltic Sea as much as we do. We only rent out privately and are not professional service providers. We have a reliable service company take care of the apartment, which we have personally furnished with many little extras. He organises the key service and the cleaning. We wish all our holiday guests in our holiday home, if they have booked it, a great holiday.
