In our Studio Meerschwalbe (C21), not far from the Baltic Sea beach, you will find a cosily furnished, ground-floor living/bedroom, which creates a Mediterranean holiday feeling with the warm colours of the terracotta tiles. The fitted kitchen is well-maintained and, in addition to a dishwasher, equipped with all kinds of contemporary items, and you can sit comfortably at the weighty dining table. You can make yourself comfortable on the couch and just one step further and you are standing on your terrace, which incredibly enlarges your holiday home due to the beautifully landscaped lawn in front of it. This studio also has a tiled bathroom with window and shower cubicle, with an insect screen window in the summer months.
Our flats are located only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in a lovingly designed holiday village that is divided into so-called hamlets. In the green hamlets, one of which even has a pond, you can forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a peaceful holiday atmosphere. The playgrounds for young and old, for example, are designed in such a way that they do not disturb the peace and quiet in our flats and on our terraces.
For contact with the big wide world there is WLAN and for holiday planning there is a lot of information ready for you in all our flats
In the summer months, insect screens in front of the windows ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Each of our flats has a parking space.

Little Paradise
The icing on the cake of this beautiful holiday was the weather. But even if we hadn't been so spoilt by the sun, our days in this beautiful spot would have been almost perfect. The studio was just right for us, surrounded by lots of greenery and the nearby beach. We were more than satisfied.
