The exteriors are fantastic to enjoy the good weather on the island. You will be able to swim in the chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 0.50 to 1.60 meters. Later on, bask in the sun the sun on the loungers and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the porch. The house features a ping-pong table, perfect for enjoying some leisure time with the family. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The single-story interior offers a comfortable and welcoming style. In the large living room you can watch satellite TV. It is connected to the eat-in kitchen through an archway and the kitchen has a gas cooktop. In the house there are 5 bedrooms, all with a double bed except one with twin beds. Three of them have an en suite bathroom with a shower and there is also another bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The equipment is completed by a cot, a high chair, and 3 fans.
The house is located on the outskirts of Cala Murada. Here you will find basic services such as any supermarket or restaurant. For everything else you can go to Felanitx. The area is full of different beaches and coves such as Cala Domingos, Cala Murada and Cales de Mallorca. The nearest golf course -Vall d'Or- is only 6.1 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

The finca was built in a traditional way, but is modernly equipped. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, but supermarkets, small villages and beach bays can be reached in a few minutes. The bedrooms are large and spacious, with large bathrooms. Even in bad weather you can sit outside on the covered terrace. The facilities are good.
