The house accommodates a maximum of 3 people in 94 sqm of living space. It is bright and cheerfully furnished, and thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and wooden beams, it exudes a certain warmth in the spacious kitchen-living room. From the terrace, there is a direct view of the lake.
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and single beds.
The lower living area has underfloor heating, and there is also a pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, like pans, pots, kettle, coffee maker...
There is a car parking space directly at the house.

Bed linen can be added upon request. The property is fenced on the sides, but open on the lakeside. A pedal boat owned by the house is available to guests for free.

Here you can find peace and yet everything is easily accessible.
Whoever needs peace, is right here. Whoever likes animals, too. Pony farm around the corner. A manageable lake for fishing and swimming and paddle boating. Unfortunately, we missed a dishwasher and there was no internet. Otherwise, top!
