Our holiday home Annchen (****) has 65 sqm WF, with electric heating /granite/laminate floors and wooden windowslä is a non-smoking house with living room with kitchen and dining area,two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, an entrance hallway with storage room, a technical room with washing machine and dryer, a large covered terrace, a carport, a barbecue area and a common room. The small bathing lake is right next to the garden. The 1 km long sandy beach of the reservoir is 440 m away as the crow flies.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cottage is located at the park Annie "Emspark riparian forest", next to a small lake. A holiday oasis in the Emsauen, near the recreation area Geeste lake with long sandy beach and extensive leisure facilities. The municipality is located on the Geeste largest artificial lake in Europe with an area of ??approximately 230 ha and a 1 km long sandy beach. The memory Geeste offers recreational opportunities such as surfing sailing, diving, skating, swimming, beach volleyball riding uvmDer nearest major town is the church Dalum with many shopping opportunities, Lidl, Aldi, post exchange, etc. The nearest large town of Lingen is about 5 km.

Christmas / New Year's Eve 2025
We were in "our" apartment Annchen for the first time over Christmas/New Year's. We always feel great there. Equipment and location are top-notch. The whirlpool is an absolute highlight. Also clean, as always.
I can only recommend the apartment.

Great house, it simply lacks nothing.
Good day,
I was at the Annchen holiday home with my sister and our little dog until yesterday.
We were able to spend beautiful days there, and our dog felt very comfortable as well.
A walk around the Speichersee is simply lovely and very relaxing in any weather.
We would be happy to come back.

Beautiful holiday cottage in a nice location
We spent two wonderful weeks in August at the holiday home Annchen. The house is fully equipped and furnished. It is beautifully located in a clean and well-maintained park. Nearby, there is a nice playground for children of all ages. There is also plenty to do in the area, including a lake within walking distance.

Great holiday home to feel good
The holiday home is lovingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
We really enjoyed the garden with loungers, but the small swimming lake right by the garden did not turn out to be a swimming lake.
We were greeted immediately by a sign that read "Swimming prohibited, parents are responsible for their children." The lake is completely fenced off with a sheep fence.
We had booked it specifically for the dog, as unfortunately, dogs are also completely not allowed near the water at the storage pond, which is really a shame. The area is very nice for walking, also with a dog or by bike there are great paths around the reservoir.
Despite everything, it was a lovely short vacation.
