Description
The Swantje holiday home was built in 2020 and consists of two independent halves. The first rental is possible from October 2020. There is free Wi-Fi in each house.
The holiday home is located in the Emspark-Auenwald holiday park. It is only a six-minute walk to the largest man-made lake in Europe, the Geeste reservoir. 800 m of sandy beach invite you to sunbathe and swim. A sailing area with moorings, a diving centre and windsurfing are ideal for water sports enthusiasts. The holiday home is especially suitable as a starting point for small, but also extensive cycling tours and hikes. With its numerous and signposted paths, the Emsland is a true paradise for cycling tourists. The Emsland route and the Ems cycle path pass by the house. For anglers there are many opportunities to practise their hobby. Only a few kilometres away is an 18-hole golf course of the Emstal Golf Club.
About the house:
Each flat is divided into 2 levels and there is a high-quality bathroom on each level. On the upper floor there is an additional sauna with a spacious relaxation area.
Each flat has 3 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and two with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. In total, each flat can accommodate up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms. The whole house can be booked for up to 12 people. In addition, there are travel cots for small children.
The ground floor has a comfortable and bright bathroom, a large living & dining area (with terrace exit) with large smart TV, dining room, high-quality kitchen and a wood stove (5 KW) for cold autumn and winter days. The kitchen is of course fully equipped.
In addition, the holiday home has a washing machine and a safe. This house also offers a large covered terrace with garden and south orientation. The garden is located directly on the water.
Nothing stands in the way of a relaxed and relaxing or active-sporty holiday in this house
Bed linen and one large and one small towel are included in the total price. Please bring an additional large towel for the sauna.

At the lake there is also a large playground, inline skating track, mountain bike trail, beach volleyball court, football pitch, basketball court and a boul court
In winter, the dike can be used for sledging when there is snow
The recently renovated restaurant at the reservoir with its large sun terrace on the beach is an inviting place for culinary relaxation
When the weather is good, there are stalls selling ice cream, chips, cold drinks, coffee to go and other snacks.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren für das verlängerte Wochenende über Frohnleichnam in den beiden Haushälften mit 9 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und waren mit der Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr zufrieden. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht zu beanstanden. Der Service ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war gerechtfährtigt
Die Lage ist zum Wandern und Radfahren optimal.
Wir waren alle der Meinung eine Rückkehr ist absolut nicht ausgeschlossen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Super freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.
Das Haus ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Spiele und Kinderbücher waren auch vorhanden.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, selbst Spülmaschine mit Tabs war vorhanden.
Die Sauna ist mit 2 Erwachsenen im Sitzen gut zu nutzen, 2 Relaxliegen waren auch vorhanden.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher in weiß haben das ganze noch abgerundet.
In ca 5min Gehweg ist das Speicherbecken zu finden, dass ein tolles Ausflugsziel bietet .
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können es nur empfehlen.
