The cozy and comfortable terraced house is located in a very quiet residential complex with a communal pool (approx. 18x5m) and a pool for small children in the sun-drenched town of Callao Salvaje, on the southwest coast of Tenerife.
All amenities (restaurants, bars, shops, beach, doctors, pharmacy...) are within less than 10 minutes’ walk (500m).
It is approx. 25 minutes by car.
The house was newly purchased in 2018 and the furnishings such as small appliances, TV, bed linen, towels, and loungers were newly acquired.
On the ground floor are guest WC, separate kitchen, and living room.
The kitchen is comfortably equipped with ceramic hob and new oven, (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Bosch MuM kitchen machine, hand blender, plenty of dishes and accessories, raclette, fondue). There are large built-in wardrobes available in both rooms. The second floor is fully developed into a roof terrace (16 sqm). Here you can sunbathe and enjoy unforgettable sunsets with a view of the sea or the neighboring island La Gomera in the evening with a glass of wine.
Washing machine and Wi-Fi (500Mbit/s) are available free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels)
Vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer are available.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: 20% of the rental price is due immediately after signing this rental agreement. The remaining amount must also be transferred to this account no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price, - For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 30% of the rental price, - For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price. In case of no-show or early termination of the trip, 100% will be charged. By arrangement, it is possible to provide a substitute participant under the same travel conditions.

A very beautiful house!
We felt very comfortable in the house for 3 weeks. It is very lovingly and modernly furnished and it is very clean. We lacked nothing. Everything was there!
Especially the kitchen is equipped like home, rich and comfortable (dishwasher, many glasses and dishes) microwave, baking equipment, waffle iron, kitchen appliances, mixer, blender... Anyone who likes to cook a lot can be happy!
The house is located in a very quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle.
We enjoyed the two terraces, always having breakfast outside and after our excursions and hikes, we enjoyed the sunsets on the upper terrace with a glass of wine, it couldn't be better!
There are parking spaces right in front of the front door.
Highly recommended!
