Description
It was completely renovated in 2017 and therefore offers comfort at the highest level. A large fridge, an extra drinks fridge and a freezer are available. The large Italian cooker is gas powered. The dishwasher is elevated so you don't have to bend down to put things away.
The underfloor heating and the open fireplace in the living room make it perfect for the colder seasons. Of course, all bedrooms and bathrooms can be heated as well. We have 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and open plan living/dining room with large kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer in one of the bathrooms. There are several air conditioners, so you can endure even the hottest summer. Smart TVs are installed in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Everyone can watch their own favourite programme without disturbing others.
Bed linen and towels are provided! The showers are accessible at ground level, increased accessibility. One WC has folding handles.
A router for WLAN is available. Cards with credit can be purchased everywhere.
On windy days, the courtyard offers a sheltered spot in the sun.
For outdoor showering pleasure, there are two outdoor showers with hot water.
On the terrace there is an extendable table with 6 chairs and a lounge to chill out. You can hear the sea! Nothing is more soothing than the lapping of the waves. Pure relaxation! You can hang a hammock between the large palm trees. Four sun loungers are available for the garden.
A gas barbecue is available for the BBQ.
Relax in the whirlpool? No problem! For an extra charge of 5 € per day we will set up a heated whirlpool in the garden for you
Do you like cycling? Two bikes are available for them for €5 a day each.
In front of the house there are 2 shaded parking spaces on the property, so your car is always safe. Pets are allowed by arrangement. If needed, a barely noticeable fence (tennis net-like) can be installed so that children or animals are safe. At the end of the property there is a wall 5 metres down where the beach is directly located. You practically live above beach level, which guarantees the necessary privacy.
On the flat roof there is a chill-out area with lots of cushions for a cosy sundowner. The view is spectacular!

Location and surroundings of object
Vinaros is located about 150 km north of Valencia and 220 km south of Barcelona and can be reached via the AP7 motorway. The house is located in a small urbanisation in the south of Vinaros, away from the city bustle. It is called like the beach: "Cala Puntal" It is a mixed residential and holiday house development. You live primarily on the beach but still have total privacy.
Within 3 minutes walking distance there are 3 restaurants with beer garden: Pyramide(restaurant directly on the beach with fantastic view), Los Desperados (Tapas Bar) and El Vago (typical Spanish restaurant). At one kilometre distance there is an industrial area with various supermarkets, Aldi, Carrefour, Mc Donald, Burger King, etc. The town centre is about 2 km away.
The beach is a mixed pebble-sand beach.

The landlord also offers private fishing trips on his yacht, as well as fun trips with various tubes.
30 minutes away by car you have the opportunity to swim and dive with big tunas. This only happens twice in the whole world!!!
30 kilometres to the north is the unique Ebro Delta with its rice-growing areas and unique flora and fauna! Here you will find flamingos, an adventure playground and boat trips from the Ebro into the sea. The Ebro is famous for its huge catfish and many different species of fish can be caught off the coast. Especially tuna. Fishing licences can easily be obtained on site. There are various boat rental companies and guides for guided tours on the Ebro. You can also take a trip out to sea without a boat licence and fish to your heart's content!!!
The Ebro delta has the longest dog beach in Europe and is the Spanish hotspot for kitesurfing and other wind sports due to its wind conditions.
The 18-hole golf course "Panoramica", designed by Bernhard Langer in 1995, is only 17 km away at San Jordi and is one of the best golf courses in Spain.
The almond blossom in spring offers unique sights! During a drive through the enchanting hinterland, you will be truly enchanted!
The mountains, only 30 minutes away by car, offer countless spectacular hiking tours!
For gourmets, it is absolute paradise here (if you know where)!!!! There are four Michelin-starred restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In recent years, many "young, wild" chefs have established themselves. You can eat for little money like you have never experienced before. The landlord will be happy to give you information, there is something for every budget.
Vinaros is known throughout the country for its freshly caught langoustines, Benicarlo for its delicious artichokes.
They live here on the Orange Blossom Coast. At Christmas, the plantations are full of ripe fruit and at the same time the trees already have new blossoms. An incredible sight.
The carnival here in Vinaros is legendary!!! People travel from all over Spain to see it. Comparable to the carnival in Rio! Dozens of clubs present their kings on spectacularly decorated vehicles. It is even broadcast on television around the clock on the Canal 56 channel.
On Fridays, the gardener comes by for the necessary work, such as mowing the lawn, etc.. He has a key for the garden and announces himself beforehand by ringing the bell.

Christmas vacation
We had great days at Casa Roemer.
The location with the sea view and the short walk down to the bay is perfect.
The house is so well equipped and modernly furnished that we immediately felt at home. The garden is also beautiful and well maintained, and the owners are very nice, helpful and always reachable.
It's a pity that time went by so quickly.
Thank you, we will gladly come back :-)

Absolutely beautiful holiday home right by the sea
We have been to Vinaros several times before and knew where the house is. We were greeted very friendly by Christa and Rudi and the holiday home left nothing to be desired: located directly by the sea (including the sound of waves), very tastefully decorated, spacious and equipped with all extras that allow for a relaxed holiday: air conditioning everywhere, large comfortable double beds, insect screens, shutters, a second (drinks) fridge, a freezer, abundantly equipped kitchen facilities. The car parked on the plot in the shade, beautiful garden with palm trees and a hammock, covered outdoor terrace with dining table and lounge furniture. We gladly made use of the whirlpool for the sundowner. The CARREFOUR supermarket in the immediate vicinity, the sea on the doorstep, restaurants around the corner and the city center within walking distance make this holiday home an ideal vacation spot. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. Thanks to the friendly hosts, insider tips from the area also enriched our vacation. We would love to come back. Many thanks to Christa and Rudi for the great hospitality!!

Wonderful house by the sea.
We spent a wonderful time at Casa Roemer with our 3 children. The house is located in a great location directly at a beautiful, small, never crowded beach. Often we were the only ones there. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation from A to Z. The kitchen is amazing and modern, just like the two bathrooms with their walk-in showers. The garden is a dream, with its palm trees and the hammock always inviting you to relax. The landlords are super nice and were always available for us. Just great people. Thank you very much again for everything. We will definitely come back. Best regards, Fam.Mertes.

Wonderful view
We were the first guests to travel to the house. Already upon arrival we were greeted very warmly. You had the feeling like you do when you come home. The view is amazing! The house has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms all have a television and are flooded with light, just like the kitchen. The house, the terrace, and the garden were well maintained and clean. The owner is always available if you need anything or have any questions, very friendly and reliable. The owner is very cheerful and you feel like you've known each other for years. We definitely did not regret spending our vacation in the house. We will definitely go on vacation there again and recommend the house to everyone!
