Uniquely situated holiday home less than 10 minutes from forest, dunes, beach and sea!
This holiday home is uniquely situated between meadows and fields near Serooskerke. The house is attached to the owners' main house. Via a separate entrance you enter the fenced garden, which offers plenty of space and a beautiful view of the meadows and fields behind. In the garden you will find a spacious canopy with extra chairs, a barbecue and outdoor toys such as a bicycle, sidewalk chalk and a slide. In summer you can always find a sunny and/or shady spot.
The living room has a spacious sitting area with enough space for everyone. In the cupboard you will find various board games, toys, colouring books, magazines and information about the region. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-plate cooker, a combi oven, a kettle and a coffee maker (Senseo and filter coffee maker).
A high threshold/step leads to the hallway, from where you have access to the master bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, toilet and shower.
In the living room is the (steep) staircase to the first floor, where you will find 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The beds are of course made on arrival. On the landing another sink and a storage room with 2 camp beds (with mattresses), a baby bath, changing mat, stair guard, toilet seat reducer, potty and high chair. Both the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms can be equipped with an extra camp bed, but please bring your own bedding.
Other available: Hairdryer, iron, mini ironing board, hoover, mop, bucket, detergent, washing up liquid, shopping bags, clothes horse, clothes pegs. Toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper and various spices.

Serooskerke is situated between Middelburg and Vrouwenpolder and is a typical Walcheren village with a church and church square and a row of farms around it.
Serooskerke is a great starting point if you are looking for plenty of peace and quiet but also a friendly atmosphere during your holiday in Zeeland!
The village has various facilities such as shops, cafés, restaurants, sports and tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool.
Definitely worth a visit during your holiday in Serooskerke is the windmill 'de Jonge Johannes'. The Jonge Johannes is suitable for young and old!
Admire the magnificent view over the beautiful Zeeland countryside while enjoying a snack and a drink, and children can enjoy themselves for hours on the large outdoor playground. There is also a sand playground and an adventure course, and you can meet the goats.
In the high season, the corn maze is also open and you can play mini golf with the whole family. The ideal place to spend a nice, relaxing day in Serooskerke with the whole family!

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
