Experience your unique holiday by the sea in Zeeland in this piper car!
This holiday home is located on the same property where the owner lives and can be reached by bike from the beach of Veere. But the beaches of Vrouwenpolder, Domburg and Oostkapelle can also be reached by bike within half an hour. This holiday home is an ideal starting point for beautiful cycling tours across the island of Walcheren.
You enter the holiday home via the stairs and come directly into the living room, where you can relax on a spacious corner sofa in front of the TV after a long bike ride. Next door is the dining table where you can enjoy a home-cooked meal or a board game. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a coffee maker, a fridge with freezer compartment and a kettle.
The pipo caravan has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bunk bed.
Behind the pipo caravan is a lawn with a trampoline where children can play safely. At the back there is a terrace with furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
You can park your car on the private property (space for 2 cars). Internet is available free of charge, this is a non-smoking holiday home and pets are not allowed.

Serooskerke is situated between Middelburg and Vrouwenpolder and is a typical Walcheren village with a church and church square and a row of farms around it.
Serooskerke is a great base if you are looking for plenty of peace and quiet but also a friendly atmosphere during your holiday in Zeeland!
The village has various facilities such as shops, cafés, restaurants, sports and tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool.
Definitely worth a visit during your holiday in Serooskerke is the windmill 'de Jonge Johannes'. The Jonge Johannes is suitable for young and old!

Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.
