This bungalow is located in a holiday park with private bungalows called Oosterpark. The park is close to the nature reserve De Manteling and within walking distance of the beach. Cosy restaurants and snack bars are also within walking distance. The interior of the bungalow is attractive and comfortable. In the living room a spacious seating area with flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. A dining area for 6 people.
The kitchen is standard with a 4-ring hob, fridge (+ small freezer), coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
The bungalow has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. In two of the bedrooms you will find a washbasin. The bathroom is small and has only a shower, there is a separate toilet. The garden is beautiful and spacious, more than 350 m2 and equipped with two terraces!
The children will have fun playing on the lawn, while you quietly enjoy the sun on the terrace.
You can park your car directly in front of the bungalow, there is 1 parking space available.
The bungalow is in a non-smoking design, and pets are allowed. Extra costs will be charged for this, please indicate directly when booking!

Oostkapelle is a real family seaside resort where you can do a lot during your holiday on Walcheren! The atmosphere in the village is friendly and relaxed.
Are you looking for socialising? Then you need to be in the Dorpsstraat! Here you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner in the sunshine on one of the cosy terraces and restaurants.

- 6. Annullierung 6.1. Der Vermieter kann durch besondere Umstände gezwungen sein den Mietvertrag zu annullieren oder auf zu lösen. Annullierung und Entbindung müssen schriftlich ablaufen. Der Vermieter wird in diesem Fall sein Äußerstes tun dem Mieter eine Alternative anzubieten. Gelingt dies nicht zur Zufriedenheit des Mieters, muss der Vermieter, ohne jedwede Haftung des Vermieters, alle durch den Mieter bezahlten Beträge zurück überweisen. 6.2.1. Annullierungen und Auflösung müssen Sie erst telefonisch melden, wonach Sie dies, unter Beifügung des Mietvertrags, per Einschreiben bestätigen. Dieses Schreiben muss an Walcheren Vakanties gerichtet sein. 6.2.2. Bei Annullierungen innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Reservierung ist das Optionsrecht in Kraft (sieh Punkt 5). 6.2.3. Bei Annullierungen nach 24 Stunden und bis 3 Monaten vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 15 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.4. Bei Annullierungen zwischen 3 Monaten und einem Monat vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 50 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.5. Bei Annullierungen zwischen einem Monat und einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 75 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. 6.2.6. Bei Annullierungen unter einer Woche vor Beginn der Mietzeit, werden 100 % der Mietsumme in Rechnung gestellt. Zu jeder Zeit werden bei Annullierungen die Administrationskosten erhoben. 6.3. Der Vermieter wird nach Empfang einer Annullierung von Seiten des Mieters eine Annullierungsrechnung erstellen, unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmungen dieses Artikels. Bereits Bezahlte Summen werden konform des Inhalts der Annullierungsrechnung verrechnet und jedwede Saldos zu Gunsten des Mieters werden zurücküberwiesen.

Nature reserve of the Manteling
The tourist coastal towns of Domburg and Oostkapelle are separated by the beautiful nature reserve De Manteling. In this forest, nature is given free rein, which of course makes the area even more beautiful. There are even deciduous forests, which is very unusual for Walcheren!
De Manteling nature reserve is suitable for everyone who enjoys walking, cycling and exploring!
There are many different walking and cycling routes through the forest that will take you to the beach, the dunes or to Domburg. You might even see a deer!
When you visit the nature reserve De Manteling, be sure to pay a visit to Westhove Castle. This castle has been standing since the year 836 and brings with it a lot of history.
The castle served as a dike to keep the Vikings out, it was a hunting lodge and was recaptured by Spanish troops in 1572.
Westhove Castle now has a café and terrace where you can enjoy a drink in the sun in the atmosphere of the Golden Age.
The Terra Maris Museum is located near Westhove Castle. Terra Maris literally means 'land of the sea'. In this museum you can learn all about the history of the Zeeland landscape and see the rich natural heritage.
Terra Maris is also a great activity for children! Here they can learn all about Zeeland's nature in a fun way. Visit the landscape garden, catch water animals in the pond or climb on the climbing frame!
Oranjezon Nature Reserve
The Oranjezon nature reserve is located between Vrouwenpolder and Oostkapelle. Oranjezon is a beautiful, extensive nature reserve with a lot of variety in the landscape. At any time of the year you can enjoy one of the five walking routes of Oranjezon!
With its forest, dunes and beach, Oranjezon is the most varied coastal area in Zeeland!
Along the way you will encounter all kinds of plants, berries and mushrooms.
There is also a herd of Konik horses running free and there is a good chance you will encounter deer!
