This spacious detached house "Helsinki" has three bedrooms and is located on the front and on the edge of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. The Finnish style makes the house from the inside very friendly and cozy. From the outside, the bright radiance a fresh impression.
The ground floor comprises a large living room with sitting and dining area, open kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with luxury massage shower, double sink and toilet. On the 1st floor there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms with 2 single beds.
The house has a private garden with lawn, patio and private parking. Our guests can use free the facilities of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. Upon request, bed linen and towels can be booked. Wifi Points are now available in our park.

Location and surroundings of object
The House Helsinki is located in the front part of Vakantiepark Dennenbos. The wonderful sandy beach of Oostkapelle, which was also chosen in 2016 again one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands, there are approximately 500m. The access to the forest, and thus the impressive nature reserve "De Mantelinge", is also located only a few feet away. It is a fantastic starting point for walking or cycling.

Cancellation terms:
- a. Jede Annullierung muss erst telefonisch und danach auch schriftlich an DB mitgeteilt werden. b. Bei einer Stornierung nach 8 Tagen und bis zu 3 Monaten vor Mietbeginn werden 50 % der Kaltmiete in Rechnung gestellt. c. Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 3 Monaten und 1 Monat vor Mietbeginn werden 75 % der Kaltmiete in Rechnung gestellt. d. Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 1 Monat und 1 Woche vor Mietbeginn werden 90 % der Kaltmiete in Rechnung gestellt. e. Bei einer Stornierung weniger als eine Woche vor Mietbeginn oder wenn die Mietfrist schon begonnen hat werden 100% des Mietbetrages in Rechnung gestellt. f. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise oder verspäteter Ankunft als gebucht werden geleistete Zahlungen nicht zurückerstattet. g. Darüber hinaus wird im Falle einer Stornierung die Reservierungsgebühr von € 32,50 in Rechnung gestellt.
