Your 4-star holiday home is very comfortably equipped and can be rented by the week all year round.
The cosy living room flows seamlessly into the spacious kitchen.
It is fully equipped with: Ceran cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge-freezer combination.
On the ground floor of your holiday home there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In the cosy and warmly furnished bathroom on the ground floor you will find a shower.
Furthermore, you have the possibility to accommodate two additional holiday guests in the attic.
The spacious attic room offers enough space for your adventure-seeking offspring.
A bathroom with WC can also be found in the attic.
The wood-burning stove in the living room invites you to stay cosy even in the cold season.
Flat-screen TV and hi-fi system (incl. outdoor speakers for the terrace) are also available.
The sunny terrace is a great place for a barbecue.
The manager, Mrs Edeltraut Albrecht, is on site to answer any questions. For example, for the provision of bed linen and towels.

Location and surroundings of object
Your holiday home is located in the middle of the seaside resort of Juliusruh, very close to the Baltic Sea. The fine sandy 10 km long beach of the Schaabe is only about 100 m away. Access is directly via the "Fischerweg". Most of this region is a nature reserve with sparse pine forests, coastal dunes and beach ramparts.
You can take long walks on the long beach of the Schaabe, on the Bodden or towards Cape Arkona. The off-season times of May / June with the rape fields in bloom are wonderful. It is a special experience to hike in the magnificent Jasmund National Park with its beautiful chalk cliffs and beech forests and to watch the wildlife on quiet paths.

Rügen has a lot to offer, discover The seaside resort of Juliusruh is located at the northern end of the Schaabe, which connects the Wittow peninsula with the rest of the island of Rügen and offers several accesses to the dreamlike, approximately 10 km long sandy beach along the Tromper Wiek.
In the village is the old and beautiful spa park, which invites you to take peaceful walks. It was laid out in 1795 by Julius von der Lancken.

| The holiday home can be booked on request The prices apply to the holiday home for a minimum booking of 1 week Occupancy is possible with up to 6 adults. From booking year 2022, the prices shown apply for occupancy with up to 4 people on the ground floor. For accommodation in the attic, there is an additional charge of 105,- € per guest per week. Arrival is on Saturdays between 4 pm and 6 pm, departure until 10 am. Other arrival/departure times are to be agreed individually. The holiday home prices include energy costs, water and heating costs. Free initial provision of towels and bed linen is included in the rental price. For the final cleaning we charge 100,- €. All prices include the currently valid VAT. The seaside resort of Juliusruh charges a separate visitor's tax per person and day. This is to be paid in cash on site. Pets are welcome guests after consultation with the landlord Surcharge: 3,- € per day |

Wonderful cycling tours can be undertaken on cycle paths from the Stranddistel-Juliusruh via the picturesque fishing village of Vitt to Cape Arkona (approx. 12 km) with its two lighthouses. Continue along the north coast of Rügen or head south through the beautiful pine forest of the Schaabe along the Breeger Bodden.
Worth mentioning: there are hardly any ascents!!! You will find a bicycle rental in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home. You will find a corresponding storage facility at the house.
