We spent 11 beautiful days at the Baltic Sea. From the apartment, you can explore Boltenhagen and the surrounding area well. However, you need a car to get to the beach. The large garden is particularly attractive about the apartment. We found it disadvantageous that there were hardly any options for darkening the bedrooms. The parents' bedroom does have blinds, but they only partially block the light. The children's room only has pleated shades. Here it is quite bright in the summer evenings and mornings.

The apartment is very nicely furnished; everything one needs for a nice vacation is there. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi. A major point of criticism is the parking situation in Boltenhagen; there are too few parking spaces and the fees are too high. One should definitely bring or rent bicycles, as the distance to the Baltic Sea and the city center is quite far.

Overall, we liked the apartment. In particular, the quiet location. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy a cozy evening in front of the TV, as the sofa and armchair are made of artificial leather (they looked different in the photos) and the TV as well as the reception are technically outdated. This was not so relevant for us due to the nice weather, but given the price, we would have expected something different.

Beautiful large modern apartment in a nice quiet location with some minor drawbacks. No Wi-Fi available. There is no option to store bicycles despite a shed existing. The terrace was not clean upon arrival and the terrace furniture was unacceptable. Very nice tenants in the building.
