The holiday apartment is well equipped. There are only small things that could be improved, such as a basket for bread and rolls, a proper beer glass for the man, or a sun umbrella for the terrace. A lid for the large pan would also be nice. Otherwise, the location is very nice, quiet, and great for a vacation. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment.

We would book this accommodation again. It is particularly suitable for families. The sunset in the evening on the balcony wonderfully rounded off the days by the sea.

Super apartment with a very nice balcony including garden furniture and parking space. Traffic-calmed area due to location in a cul-de-sac. We really liked it and would love to come back. Beach is great and the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen is always worth a trip - not overcrowded and good value for money.

We were able to spend perfect vacation days and are still absolutely thrilled with the holiday apartment and the landlords. (Family with 2 children) The apartment is super spacious and well-equipped - brand new furniture and a particularly large wardrobe - so that 3 ladies could store everything - SUPER!!!! A brand new, modern bathroom with plenty of space - top!!!! The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - top!!!! The balcony is also dreamy and the parking space is right at the property. Very nice quiet location - child-safe - only resident cars. We find the price for this apartment really very, very cheap. We are so excited that we will come back again next year.

- spacious apartment with good basic equipment (especially. Kitchen) on a quiet side street - made a very clean impression with comparatively high-quality furnishings - nice living room with a cozy balcony - large bedroom - pleasant bathroom - assigned parking space in front of the house - good starting point for bike tours and other trips - good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity (Netto) - 10 minutes on foot to the white Wiek - 10 minutes on foot to the dog beach Boltenhagen - 40 minutes on foot to the spa park Improvement suggestions: - sink in the bathroom could ideally be larger - no covered or enclosed shelters for bicycles available - no Wi-Fi Other notes: - on the same floor of the enclosed residential area in the 1st. The floor also has a small office of the property owner as well as a room of the daughter with a bathroom (did not disturb us / noises, etc. were not perceived). Holiday resort: - Boltenhagen is a more family-friendly and idyllic place compared to some other Baltic Sea resorts, which was not overcrowded during the holiday season, especially. The promenade area is not yet extensively paved with concrete, but rather left in a natural state and therefore recommended - whether the wooden promenade currently under construction on massive steel beams in the area of the dune crown, which has been perceived as rather obstructive to the view from the existing waterfront promenade, is rather dispensable and significantly impairs the previous naturalness, each should judge for themselves.
