Description

authorised house for tourist rental with licence number ET/2109 of the Balearic government! The renovated chalet is located in a quiet side street and offers enough space for up to 6 people. After a long day at the sea or island sightseeing, you can relax in the 500sqm garden with pool and various beautiful, partly covered terraces, or in the cosy living room with a novel or a good movie (SAT-TV, W-LAN available). The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped. From the dishwasher to the coffee machine, everything is available to make your stay more pleasant. The house has 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning as well as 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with bed linen, towels and beach towels. Distribution of bedrooms and bathrooms: - 2 bedrooms as well as a shower room are on the upper floor - On the ground floor there is another bedroom as well as a shower room, kitchen with dining area and pantry, laundry room as well as the living room. The kitchen as well as the living room have a direct exit to the terrace, where there is a charcoal grill with various seating options for all barbecue lovers to end the evening at sunset and a cozy glass of wine. The living area offers a modern flat screen TV with satellite connection, as well as W-LAN for colder evenings a cozy fireplace.
In front of the first bedroom on the upper floor, there is a small roof terrace with an enchanting view of the greenery. The house is rented out all year round and is equipped with air-conditioning inverters (hot/cold function). Outdoor area: Two terraces, partly covered with various seating options and 4 sunbeds by the pool area.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on when we receive your cancellation notice. The following cancellation fees will apply: - 0% of the rental cost if you cancel up to 60 days before rental begins, - 50% of the rental cost if you cancel from 59 to 30 days before rental begins, - 100% of the rental cost if you cancel later than this time frame or if you fail to use the contractually agreed upon services. Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was lesser. If you provide a suitable alternate renter, or if we are able to re-lease the property under the same conditions, then the cancellation fees for the period of the re-leasing will be waived. We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. The rental property must only be occupied by the number of people that have registered. Additional people may be refused or charged separately.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus

We were guests in this beautiful holiday home for 11 days. The house is equipped with everything you need, we didn't miss anything during our stay, whether in the kitchen, living room, or other rooms. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness here. It is also very nice that all living rooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. This is truly an advertisement where everything is as shown. The outdoor area is also well-equipped with seating, loungers, laundry area, outdoor shower, and a sun umbrella.

For the pool, it is advisable to use UV clothing and head protection for small children as it is in the sun all day.

For those who enjoy grilling, there is also a grill available.

The town of Cala Llombards is rather small, with a hostel where you can eat and a bar where you can also dine. A small supermarket is also available where you can get fresh bread in the morning.
We drove to Santanyi to Lidl for big shopping.
We recommend renting a car.
Contacting Mrs. Klee was very pleasant and all questions were answered quickly, even on-site questions were promptly addressed.
We recommend this house and would rent it again ourselves.
