This modern holiday apartment is located in the heart of Sölden, just an 8-minute walk from the entrance to the cable cars. Families and friends who value elegance, a quiet location and relaxation will feel right at home here. A special highlight is a large terrace with a view of the ski area and mountains.

In Sölden you can experience pure winter fun with 144 kilometres of pistes, 2 glaciers, 31 modern lifts, 3 3,000m peaks including viewing platforms! The unique James Bond adventure world 007 ELEMENTS is also located here. In summer, Sölden offers more than 300 km of hiking trails in a fascinating mountain world at over 3,000 meters.

The newly built apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and has a beautiful living and dining area with an open kitchen, where you will also find a dishwasher, as well as a TV and a sofa bed for two people. The two bathrooms are equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower. You can park in the underground car park.

An excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just outside the center, in a very quiet location. In mint condition and pleasant owner. Will be cleaned in between and new towels.

Excellent location for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet and still want to stay close to the center (lifts and bus).

Bus stop in front of the apartment but is only going 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon. Apartment is on 5 min walking distance to a supermarket. Ski depot included with heating for ski boots.
