Our house is located in one of the most fascinating natural paradises of Austria - in the Tyrolean Pitztal valley with the highest mountain of Tyrol, the Wildspitze ( m). The Gruppotel offers space for up to 47 people and if required, additional rooms can be rented in the neighbouring house. Our spacious games room with billiards, darts, table tennis and table football, as well as the home cinema room for meetings or cinema evenings are very popular. In WINTER we offer countless possibilities: - 100% snow guarantee from September to May!
- Central location to the three ski areas Pitztaler Gletscher & Rifflsee (10 km) and ski area Hochzeiger (16 km) - free ski bus through the whole valley (entrance directly in front of the house) - two ski cellars with boot dryer - in-house ice skating rink with over 30 pairs of ice skates - ice hockey sticks and goals - sledge rental (toboggan run just opposite) - entrance to the cross-country ski run,... In SUMMER we only rent our house to self-catering groups!

There are 4 spacious, individually partitionable shower cabins on each floor. There are 6 toilets on each floor In addition, rooms no. 201, 202 and 203 are equipped with shower/bath and toilet. There is a large dining room with a small house bar and two interconnected dining rooms in Tyrolean style (Stüberln). The "Stüberln" are ideal for a chat in a small group or a cosy evening of games. There is seating for a total of 75 people.
Our well-equipped gastronomy kitchen promises with its 50m2 generosity: Electric cooker with 4 plates, hot air oven with steam function, 2 large refrigerators, a freezer, pantries, microwave, household coffee machines, Nespresso machine, pots, pans, grill plate, dishes, cutlery, knives, dishwasher, vegetable slicer, sausage slicer, bread slicer, deep fryer.
Our baker delivers fresh bread directly to your door. Food can also be ordered from our major suppliers. In the village there is also a small grocery store for the most necessary things. In the whole holiday home you have the best spring water.
