Description
We have renovated and modernised our approx. 400 year old, historic farmhouse with great attention to detail. It offers space for up to 6 people and is located on our farm as a single building. We have preserved the historical character of the house, combined it with modern elements and thus created a special place with a feel-good atmosphere. We rent the house only in summer from June to September! The house has 130sqm living space on 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each), 2 completely new bathrooms with ground-level shower, toilet, washing machine, underfloor heating and towel dryers, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wood-burning cooker that provides a pleasant warmth. Furthermore, there is an original wood-panelled Tyrolean farmhouse parlour with a farmhouse stove (electric heating) and a TV room with a sofa. The house also has a terrace with table and benches and a small fenced meadow, both for your exclusive use. Directly in front of the house is a large car park, partially covered. The house is a single building on our farm, our private residence with a holiday flat is nearby, but separated from the old farmhouse by a fence and a meadow. Non-smoking house. The house is unfortunately not suitable for smaller children.

Location and surroundings of object
Our farm is located in Ulfas, a small hamlet with farms, belonging to the municipality of Moos in Hinterpasseier. We are 2 km above the mountain village Platt, which is reachable in 5 minutes by car. Our farm with holiday apartment and the renovated old farmhouse is situated above the Ulfaser main road and can be reached via a small access road. We are in the middle of the green/in the nature. Meadows and forests border our farm. Several managed alpine pastures with warm cuisine can be reached in 1-2 hours walking time directly from our farm. Many short or long hikes are possible from our farm. In the hamlet, 5 walking minutes away, there is a farm tavern, where you can get small meals and coffee and cake from mid/end of May until the beginning of October. In the next village Platt there is a small, well-stocked supermarket, 2 restaurants, a bakery with a small cafe, as well as a bus stop with direct connections to Merano and the nearby ski and hiking area Pfelders. Moos, the main community of Hinterpasseier, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Here you will find the Bunker Museum, which is well worth seeing, as well as the Gorge Trail, which leads through the Passerschlucht gorge to St. Leonhard. Merano, the second largest city in South Tyrol, is 30 km away and can be reached via a well-maintained road.

A small paradise on earth
Long sought after and found. This former farmhouse in a beautiful rural location is recommended for guests looking for nature, silence, and originality in their vacation. You can hear natural sounds, the stream on the property, and nothing else. Several hiking routes can be started directly from the house without needing a car.
Dagmar and Alfred are very friendly and helpful hosts who care a lot about the well-being of their guests. Absolutely recommendable.

A charming farmhouse with a large feel-good factor
In search of a quiet retreat in South Tyrol, we happened upon the holiday home at Pichlhof almost by accident. What a stroke of luck!
We were warmly welcomed by Dagmar and the farm dog Flecki. When we arrived, it was a bit chilly outside and there was already a warming fire burning in the kitchen stove, flowers on the table, and the beds were already made... a perfect start to our vacation. We immediately felt at home in the lovingly renovated farmhouse. Our hosts have truly succeeded in combining the charm of the old and original with modern comfort (in the form of a fully equipped kitchen, new bathrooms with underfloor heating, etc.).
The location of Pichlhof was the highlight for us: heavenly peace, breathtaking views, and the ideal starting point for hiking right from the doorstep or for excursions in the region. In the mornings, we were treated to fresh milk and eggs straight from the farm. Dagmar and Alfred had valuable tips for shopping, activities, and places to eat. With their warm and unobtrusive manner, they contributed to a truly relaxing holiday.
We spent a total of seven days in the beautiful holiday home and would have gladly stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful time, we highly recommend a stay at Pichlhof!

Pure relaxation in a dreamy scenic location.
As promised in the photos, we found a beautifully and lovingly restored house with super modern bathrooms and enough space for 6 people.
The morning egg and milk service from the own farm, offered by the warm-hearted landlords, is particularly delicious.
There are plenty of parking spaces (including covered ones) in front of the holiday home, which are also suitable for larger cars.
The house has an ideal starting point for hikes.
We would love to come back!

Immerse yourself in mountain and alpine surroundings.
After we had already experienced a dreamlike week before Pentecost in the wonderful holiday apartment on Pichlhif, we moved into the holiday home belonging to the farm in the second week of the holidays. The lovingly renovated farmhouse impresses with its spacious living rooms (lounge and living room with large TV), modern kitchen, two really chic, contemporary large bathrooms, cozy bedrooms, rustic wooden floors and otherwise pleasant wooden furnishings. Loving, subtle decorations ensure a feeling of well-being. The protected terrace with an adjacent, enclosed lawn area offers space for privacy. Encounters with the very friendly landlords who are always on hand with help and advice occur again and again, but never intrusively on the farmyard. The farmhouse is already very spacious for two, but we wanted to get to know it for further holidays with friends or family - and found it to be more than good for that purpose! The location is also noteworthy: comfortable yet demanding hikes can be started directly from the farm without having to constantly move the car. Our conclusion: The Pichlhof is a little paradise for people who love to immerse themselves in the mountain and alpine world and find relaxation precisely in it!

Beautiful and top landlord
We really enjoyed our week at the Pichl farm. Hikes are possible directly from the house, also a trip to Merano is not too far, fresh eggs and milk are available every morning, a sunny terrace invites you to relax. For our children, the landlords even provided table football and a teepee tent in the garden, we were really very well looked after. The old farmhouse is very lovingly renovated, in every corner there are beautiful historical detais mixed with modern equipment such as the two bathrooms (our boys voluntarily took a shower every day, and not exactly short...)
In the kitchen you can make your own fire, above the electric stove in the living room there is a loft bed that the children enjoyed very much to read books in the warmth.
