Welcome to our lovingly redesigned holiday flat in Gerolstein. You can reach the town centre in just a few minutes on foot. Here you will find an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sports facility, tennis courts, an indoor riding arena, a railway station, a miniature golf course, the local history and natural history museum, numerous restaurants, the reservoir and the Church of the Redeemer with the Villa Sarabodis as well as many shopping markets
You can actively organise your holiday with beautiful hikes on the Eifelsteig or with great cycling tours on numerous well-developed cycle paths in the Volcanic Eifel.
However, our holiday flat is also perfect for finding peace and quiet and relaxing on our furnished terrace, which has a beautiful view.
For a relaxing stay, we offer you a cosily furnished, 80 sqm basement, non-smoking and pet-free flat with a separate entrance. The holiday flat is fully furnished and is located in a quiet residential area
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet and washing machine.
The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, in the bedroom there is a double bed measuring 180x200 cm
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment
The cosy, light-flooded living room has a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The couch set can be converted into a pull-out couch bed with a size of 140 x 200 cm if required. In the living room you can enjoy the wonderful view into the distance with direct access to the furnished terrace.

Dream apartment
We can definitely recommend the apartment with the friendly landlords! We lacked nothing during the days we spent here. The apartment is welcoming and bright and well-equipped. Pure relaxation in the Volcanic Eifel.
It was once again a very beautiful and eventful week.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and the landlords are simply to be described as very kind, accommodating, and warm-hearted.

Excellent holiday home
We have been here for a week and have enjoyed it.
We were received very friendly by the owners.
The view is amazing and the house is spacious.
The bed is great and it is super clean.
