In this flat you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday! On 125 sqm, this lovingly furnished flat offers you comfort at a high level and space for 4 people.
Beautiful real wood floors extend throughout the entire flat, large floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the rooms and the modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
In the spacious, open-plan living room, a large sofa invites you to linger and after an exciting day in Garmisch, a flat-screen TV with sound system offers further entertainment. Or rest in one of the comfortable armchairs in front of a crackling fire in the fireplace.
Here you will also find the open kitchen with kitchen island and modern equipment, as well as a large dining table with enough space for 6 people.
The flat also has two bedrooms, each with high-quality double beds and comfortable, separate mattresses. Spacious wardrobes provide ample storage space for your luggage. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a large double bed made of Swiss pine wood, the other has a luxurious box spring bed as well as a flat screen TV. So that you can also relax well on starry nights, both bedrooms can be completely darkened.
A bright, modern bathroom with double washbasin and ground-level shower, as well as a separate guest toilet complete the interior of this flat, but the real gem of Alpenchalet Lotti is the gorgeous, wrap-around balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen mountains.
The balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Here you will find two balcony sets with tables and chairs, as well as sun loungers. Three awnings offer you a shady spot on hot days and a beach chair brings some northern German charm to the mountains and offers you a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding "mountain cinema".
The flat also has two underground parking spaces, easily accessible by lift from the flat door, as well as its own washing machine and dryer in the building's laundry room.
You are guaranteed to feel completely at home here!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit wunderbaren Ausblick! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick durch die bodentiefe Fenster auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ausgezeichnet, gerne wieder!! Die Wohnung ist ein einziger Traum. Top Ausstattung, gute Lage und direkter Blick auf die Zugspitze. Perfekt für eine Familie oder zwei Paare. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles reibungslos geklappt und wir haben eine gute, sehr freundliche Einweisung in alles bekommen. Auch wenn es natürlich kein Schnäppchen ist, ist die Wohnung jeden Penny wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We will stay here again without hesitation. We found the apartment to be very spacious, with lots of windows that let in lots of light, and with a wonderful view from the huge balconies and the living room. Check in was very easy. We were met at the apartment location at the our 3:00 p.m. check-in time by the representative, Nicole. She took the time to show us around the apartment, and how to turn things on and off. She was available by phone or EMail to answer any questions we had. The beds were large and comfortable. Unlike other places we have stayed, each of the queen size mattresses was a single mattress, rather than two twins placed together. Everything was clean, and worked as it should, including the Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the various pots, pans and small appliances that we needed. There was a clothes washer *and* a dryer, which is a big plus. Another BIG plus is the elevator going from the garage level right to the front door. After dragging luggage up and down more narrow German staircases than I can count, this was a *very welcome* surprise. The location is very good, with only a 15 minute walk to the downtown promenade. There are two grocery stores 5 minutes down the street, and a fresh bakery where you can get your morning rolls. For those who enjoy nature hikes, just a 5 or 10 minute walk will take you to your choice of several hiking trails that lead you up into the hills on either side of the town.

Wieder einen Traumurlaub erlebt Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung die in einem sehr gepflegten Haus gelegen ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und hervorragend, da vieles zu Fuß erledigt werden kann (Einkauf oder Stadtbummel nach Garmisch). Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen. Wenn man dann noch wie wir so viel Glück mit dem Wetter hat steht einem Traumurlaub nichts mehr im Wege. Diese Wohnung ist unser absoluter Favorit und wir werden im Sommer wieder kommen... :) zum Schluss, herzlichen Dank an das ganze Alpenferienwohnung Team, Ihr macht den Urlaub "rund" und seid fantastisch

Schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort Die Ferienunterkunft Alpenchalet Lotti präsentiert sich als moderne und komfortable Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man für einen angenehmen Wohlfühlurlaub benötigt. Die Bilder auf der Webseite von Alpenferienwohnungen dokumentieren den tatsächlichen positiven Eindruck bzw. Zustand. Die Lage ist zentral und nur wenige Meter von der stark frequentierten Zugspitzstraße entfernt aber trotzdem auf Grund ihrer Ausrichtung sehr ruhig gelegen. Auf dem riesigen Balkon kann man in aller Ruhe abseits des Verkehrs seinen Urlaub genießen und nachts das Fenster weit geöffnet lassen. Fußläufig ist alles, wie Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt usw., im unmittelbaren Umfeld. Der Service von Alpenferienwohnungen ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation via Internet und Telefon von der Anfrage bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes tadellos und man hat den Eindruck das sich hier Menschen zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, Feriengästen einen schönen Urlaub zu bieten und sich gleichzeitig im Interesse der Eigentümer um die Werterhaltung der Immobilie, insbesondere auch in den „kleinen Dingen“, kümmern.

Schöner Aufenthalt Sehr sauber und geräumige Wohnung. Was fehlt ist ein 2. Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber somit auch ca 2km entfernt von der Stadtmitte. Supermärkte und Tankstellen aber in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Teil einer Wohnanlage, für die die Bauarbeiten hoffentlich bald abgeschlossen. Sehr großer umlaufender Balkon mit Blick auf Alp- und Zugspitze.

Eine Wohlfühloase in toller Lage Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer bevorzugten Lage in Garmisch, Supermärkte und ein Handwerksbäcker sind in der Nähe. Man ist schnell in der Fußgängerzone und kann den PKW oft in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Die Wohnung wurde von den Eigentümern liebevoll und auf höchstem technischen Niveau eingerichtet, sie haben bei der Ausstattung an jedes kleine Detail gedacht. Bequeme Betten, ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer und eine offene Küche sind ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Neben dem schicken Badezimmer hat uns auch der sehr große Balkon in L-Form gefallen. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren schon diverse Ferienwohnungen bei Frau Woynowski gebucht und waren jedes Mal mit den Wohnungen sehr zufrieden. Diesmal haben wir aber ein besonderes Highlight gebucht, das wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen können.

Excellent, gladly again!
The apartment is a dream come true. Top equipment, good location, and a direct view of the Zugspitze. Perfect for a family or two couples. Everything went smoothly with the landlord, and we received a good, very friendly briefing on everything. Although it's not a bargain, the apartment is worth every penny. We will gladly come back!
