Enjoy your vacation in the Alpenchalet Lotti!

This beautiful apartment offers you the highest level of comfort on 125 square meters for 4 people and is classified by the DTV with 5***** stars.

Beautiful real wood flooring extends through all rooms and large, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of light into the rooms. Great importance was also attached to comfortable seating. Two comfortable armchairs with footstools and a spacious sofa invite you to relax in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace.

The modern yet cozy living room is open to the kitchen and has been equipped with a latest-generation TV since 2025. You can watch Netflix, Google TV and Prime on 55-inch OLED technology with Ambi Light. A carpenter-made dining table offers space for 6 people and pleasant, dimmable lighting for a cozy ambience.
In the open, well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, Bora extractor system and a wine cabinet, cooking is a pleasure even on vacation.

The apartment also has two bedrooms, each equipped with high-quality double beds and comfortable, separate mattresses. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a large handmade Swiss stone pine bed, the other has a luxurious box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened by external blinds and are equipped with insect screen doors.
A bright, modern daylight bathroom with double washbasin and XXL walk-in shower, as well as a separate guest WC complete the interior of this special accommodation.

The real gem of the Alpenchalet Lotti, however, is the fantastic, wrap-around balcony, from which you can enjoy a sensational view of the Alpine world. This balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Here you will find two balcony sets with tables and chairs, appropriate cushions and comfortable sun loungers. Three awnings offer you a shady spot on hot days and a beach chair brings some North German charm to the mountains and offers you a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding “mountain cinema”.

There are two parking spaces for this apartment next to each other in the underground garage, easily accessible by elevator. A Miele washing machine/dryer is available free of charge in the laundry room.

A feel-good oasis in a great location The holiday apartment is located in a preferred area in Garmisch, supermarkets and a local bakery are nearby. One can quickly reach the pedestrian zone and often leave the car in the underground garage. The apartment has been lovingly furnished by the owners to the highest technical standards, and they have thought of every little detail in the furnishings. Comfortable beds, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen are also worth mentioning. In addition to the stylish bathroom, we also liked the very large L-shaped balcony. We have booked various holiday apartments with Ms. Woynowski in recent years and were very satisfied with the apartments every time. This time, however, we booked a special highlight that we can recommend without reservation.

The holiday apartment Alpenchalet Lotti is very nicely furnished. Everything you need is there. The large balcony with a view of the mountains is dreamy. From the underground garage, you can easily bring your luggage to the apartment with the elevator. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is quiet. The bus stops are very close, so you can reach all the cable cars in Garmisch-Partenkirchen for free with the guest card. The town center of Garmisch is also easily reachable on foot. A supermarket is located just around the corner. The handover of the apartment takes place in person and is particularly warm upon arrival. Service and communication with staygood are perfect. We would gladly return to the Alpenchalet Lotti.

We will stay here again without hesitation. We found the apartment to be very spacious, with lots of windows that let in lots of light, and with a wonderful view from the huge balconies and the living room. Check-in was very easy. We were met at the apartment location at our 3:00 p.m. check-in time by the representative, Nicole. She took the time to show us around the apartment and how to turn things on and off. She was available by phone or email to answer any questions we had. The beds were large and comfortable. Unlike other places we have stayed, each of the queen size mattresses was a single mattress, rather than two twins placed together. Everything was clean, and worked as it should, including the Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the various pots, pans and small appliances that we needed. There was a clothes washer *and* a dryer, which is a big plus. Another BIG plus is the elevator going from the garage level right to the front door. After dragging luggage up and down more narrow German staircases than I can count, this was a *very welcome* surprise. The location is very good, with only a 15 minute walk to the downtown promenade. There are two grocery stores 5 minutes down the street, and a fresh bakery where you can get your morning rolls. For those who enjoy nature hikes, just a 5 or 10 minute walk will take you to your choice of several hiking trails that lead you up into the hills on either side of the town.

Experience another dream vacation. This is a beautiful holiday apartment located in a very well-maintained house. The location is quiet and excellent, as many things can be done on foot (shopping or strolling in Garmisch). The amenities leave nothing to be desired. If you are as lucky with the weather as we were, nothing stands in the way of a dream vacation. This apartment is our absolute favorite, and we will come back in the summer... :) In conclusion, heartfelt thanks to the entire Alpine Vacation Apartment team, you make the holiday "complete" and are fantastic.

Beautiful apartment with all comforts The holiday apartment Alpenchalet Lotti presents itself as a modern and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation. The images on the Alpenferienwohnungen website document the actual positive impression and condition. The location is central and only a few meters from the heavily frequented Zugspitzstraße, yet it is very quiet due to its orientation. On the huge balcony, you can enjoy your vacation in peace away from traffic and leave the window wide open at night. Everything is within walking distance, such as bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, etc., in the immediate vicinity. The service from Alpenferienwohnungen is very good. The staff is very friendly, the communication via internet and phone from the inquiry to the end of the stay is impeccable, and one has the impression that there are people here who have dedicated themselves to providing holiday guests with a pleasant vacation while also taking care of the property's value preservation in the interest of the owners, especially in the "small things."
